“I gave very specific delivery instructions as to where to leave my packages. Packages continue to be left where they can be stolen or damaged. They have managed to mis-sort and reroute packages to completely wrong locations. Local Lasership branch doesn't even answer the phone. After 25 rings, you get a message stating that "the wireless customer you are calling cannot be reached as dialed". I looked up the location online, and it appears to be running out of someone's home. Shady, sketchy, and horrible company. We need to shut them down.”
“LaserShip is the worst delivery service company among them. They are not careful with oneās packages, consistently late, and often leave packages in places that are unacceptable (my packages are often left in the middle of my driveway even though I have a front porch, back porch, and garage).”

I've had two Bath & Body Works orders (of substantial worth) that have "not been able to be delivered" or "sorry we missed you". I work from home! I was literally sitting on my couch working today, and yesterday, with the front door open when I received the "we tried, butttt...." text. BULLLLLLLSHIIIIIIIIT!!!! Nobody even drove down my street, let alone tried to deliver me something.
I contacted B&BW the first order this happened with and they had a new package out to me and delivered within 3days. This time, I tried reaching out to LaserShip, directly. After confirming my address, not only did she ask - again - that I confirm the number ... but essentially asked me what it's around and to describe the area, so there's no confusion for the drivers. I specifically asked if they had GPS - and said that it was excessive for me to draw them a map, when they have one at their fingertips. She got mad at me for being frustrated.
This company has to go - these corporations need to stop doing business with them. Get it together, or get gone! Geeesh!

“This company is horrible I never received my order and could see the driver left it at a location that is no where near my home when I talked to customer service they were ghetto and ignorant then told me they finished their investigation and the package was delivered. Again if I can see the driver left it at someone elseās house so can they and they are refusing to help the should be shut down because they will continue to do this and rob people”
“I don't even know how many times they "lie" about "attempted to deliver" but they were "unable to deliver" because "I was not there" BS!! I live in a big apt building and there is a special entrance for all the delivery people who have access into our mail room and leave the packages in there like all the other delivery people do! There is NO CHANCE they attemped and were unable to deliver because I wasn't there... 3 times in a row!!? This "LaserShip" is just a big liar and they're causing Amazon deliveries to be delayed! What am I paying the Amazon Prime for!??”
“Terrible service. The tracking for my package stated they may need additional information to locate my address, but there doesn't seem to be anywhere to leave this information and I had no luck contacting customer service.”
“My address is a business address, and closed on the weekends located in a high traffic urban area. I have this permanently noted on my account, and I always call as soon as I get the tracking number to ensure delivery instructions. The phone reps always ensure me that the notes are received, and have been communicated to the driver. However, the driver ALWAYS ignores these instructions, and proceeds to deliver on the weekends when the building is closed, and obviously my package gets stolen! This happens constantly. That is IF the driver is even actually delivering it, Lasership customer service cannot show me the drivers delivery photo to even verify. This is the ONLY currier service that I have issues with. My advice is to all shippers is to not use them, as there are many other reviews just like mine.”
“I have never been so disgusted with how your delivery driver handle my package upon delivery. Little did they know, that there was working cameraās on in the building where I live. That where my package was supposed to be delivered to.
This delivery driver, needs to know. That they DO NOT take people packages and throw it unto the ground. Right where people have to walk and move around. Had my package been damage with what was in it. Hell would have freeze over.
I work to had for my money, to have my package delivered in a professional way. Not to be thrown to the ground, like if it doesnāt belong to someone.

If you read the reviews you will see they do not deliver your packages at least to your address. Sellers beware using this company. Customer service no help. āInvestigation concluded package was deliveredā was all I got. Other experiences include hanging my package on the fence in the rain, tossing it over the fence while I watched from the porch. Always bringing it to the neighbors despite the clear address numbers. Truly awful. Zero accountability for their drivers negligence.”
“Terrible customer service ... Ordered from Fanatics , order was shipped via lasership however not delivered toy address. Confirmation of deliver was sent to me however the picture was not my house ! Despite explaining this to lasership several times , they continued to email me that they have confirmed items were delivered. Original vendor offered to reship however due to issues with lasership prior to this instance, I opted for a refund. Lasership should not be allowed to operate.”
“This is my second bad experience with this company from two different merchants. They claimed they made an "attempt" to deliver (I was home) and never showed. I called and complained to Old Navy and Lasership(impossible to get someone on the phone - you must email).
The next day they had the audacity to say the package was delivered to a person! They gave my first name (on the package of course ) and signed it as me!!! I got the text notice while I was at work. I was furious. They are an inept, deceitful company. The first experience was with Free People where they claimed they delivered as well. I never got the package. STAY AWAY!!”

Since this time they have said they delivered 9 packages to me that I have not received. How is that even possible? When I contact customer service via their website they have nothing to say other than they are investigating it and nothing happens. Itās absolutely insane. How does a company get away with this?
