“I've been waiting for my package to be delivered since June 2nd. Each day it's always the same thing. You have up until 8pm for it to be delivered. So then it's not delivered. It's been like this all week with the same response and answer. I can't even track to see where it's at or what time it will be delivered. This is ridiculous. If they can't do their job right, then quit. I don't believe I'll get the package. The driver will probably take it home with them. It's food and stuff in the box. Thank goodness there's no produce or dairy product in it. It wouldn't of been no more good. I don't know what possessed the company to use leadership when they can't do their job right. I'll make sure to tell the company never to use them again. At least with FedEx I never have an issue at all. Just a waiting game at the moment. I never know when I'm going to receive it.”
“My package from Nike was in the town I live in at the facility in East Hartford, and somehow it was lost before delivery or during delivery. I went to the warehouse was given barely information only “packages get lost all the time.” When they’re not even busy just sitting there doing nothing. I think they’re stealing them and marking them as stolen”
“After merging they lied to the workers,forced ICs to go under agents, then reduced our pay and then forced the workers to get paid for only one package per address opposed to every piece we scanned out. Company isn't the same an I suggest no one to ever work at the Romulus one again, watch the warehouse management as well. Main Supervisor is rude, very dismissive and there's shady practices or routes being giving to other ethnicity of the Main Supervisor which in turn they're having routes removed from Drivers that has been there for years.”
“They drop packages on the stairs outside in my Brooklyn apartment and things get stolen. Worst service ever! Beware they’ve changed their name to OnTrac to escape their BAD REVIEWS no doubt!
They suck!!! Meanwhile I received an email that says pending, not yet received, and in the same email they have the expected delivery date as yesterday. Which is it OnTrac…or Lasership? Whatever their called they’ll never escape their 1 star ratings out of thousands of angry customers!”

Never heard of this company so I looked them up. Reviews were terrible.
So my pkg was due for delivery today, but now who knows when.
Pkg started out in OH, then Orlando FL (which was very close to me), then went to Miami and now in Ashburn VA? Says package delayed - sent to incorrect facility.
Is this company a joke???”
“First package was not delivered, says they delivered it at 11:30pm. Second package was reshipped and they sent it to the wrong facility so instead of it being overnight like it was supposed to be it is going to take another 3 business days if it ever gets here.”

“I wish I could give no stars. They are the only delivery service that always says attempt delivery but never actually deliver the order. I waited outside 3-4 hours today bcuz they said delivery by 8p and at 9:40p I received a notice that they attempted delivery at 9:15p. Straight BS IF YOU ASK ME”
“There is no way to speak to a person, they "attempt" delivery at odd hours, and then disappear. Totally useless. They can't even communicate with themselves. Utter garbage. DO not use this company, or it's partner company OnTrac.”

“On-line purchase with Zara, the courier is OnTrac, and they use LaserShip. Well, 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, prompted me to change the delivery address to my office address. Now my package is supposedly sitting at their facility pending seller's approval of the address change - which Zara told me, was sent to OnTrac. OnTrac tells me they don't see the approval yet and I get different stories each time I contact OnTrac - and Zara has been ZERO help in this situation - only that address changes are not guaranteed. Extremely frustrated because I get packages all the time without having any issues, but with Lasership, it's always a problem.”
“This is the worst company. I have had several orders with delivery through them. All have been either delayed or lost. The last 2 orders were inexplicably sent back to seller. They claim it was at the sellers request. Anthropologie assured me they do not have the ability to do this. This occured after the items were on a vehicle for 2 days on out for delivery.
The previous delivery reeked of weed so badly it need returned. I will pay any amount in shipping fees to avoid this company in the future. Their agents are rude, hang up on you and you will never receive your items.”
