I was sent a package through LaserShip that somehow had the wrong mailing address. I was able to find the number for the warehouse and talk to someone in customer service. Marta was able to print out the updated corrected label and track down the driver. I had my package that same day. I don’t know if I would have had the same service if it was one of the big delivery companies.

Horrible company!!! I order shoe’s from Nike which was a limited shoe and LaserShip so happen to lose my package. first that had it and it will be shipped out, then it lost in the warehouse what a big coincidence. I call and got the run around for 4 days and a rude customer service rep.ask to speak to a manager was told I can’t and go hung up on! Very poor service
