“Horrible!!! Got a message saying my shipment was delivered at 1250 today; It was never delivered. Nothing delivered on my camera. Also the SHOP app sent me a message at 2 something saying it was delivered at 430 and the time hadnt even passed yet. No one took a picture showing the item was delivered either. I ordered from Nordstrom, I would have thought delivery would be more secure.”
“Lost packages, "attempted" deliveries that never happened, once a delivery person put the package on my porch took the delivery photo then left with the package. This doesn't happen with any other delivery service only LaserShip.”

Then received email on Monday stating The package is still moving through our network. As soon as it arrives in our delivery facility, it will be out for delivery on the next available route.
