Hi Natalie! We’re so sorry to hear you were unhappy with your Bold lashes. Our bold gossamers have thicker fibers than our Amplify lashes, to give the look of an inky black mascara look, the feel of the fibers are a going to be a bit different. However if you like the curl of the Bold style try the Curl lash! And, if you are looking for more volume try our Fluffy gossamers!

“I’ve been using lashify for nearly 2 years and this is one of those things that you can’t live without:). I used to have my lash extensions done professionally but it damaged my lashes so bad. And not to mention the cost and the time you spend for ~10 day worth of wear. No thank you.
I also tried using regular false lashes. I quickly realized that it just didn’t look right because of my eye shape. But… look at you, Lashify…. You can customize it- by making your lashes so dramatic or keep them natural looking - love the fact that there are so much possibilities to create your own custom look! And be able to reuse gossamer is another advantage.
Is it difficult to apply? No at all. Obviously you’ll need to carefully read instructions- just like any other products you purchase (how hard is that?). But for me, short tutorial videos really helped me get started for sure.

“The Goldilocks lashes!!! These ones are just perfect for me. I wanted something that would hold up to several days of wear, not be too dramatic for daily wear at the office & can be cleaned & reworn. These ones are everything!! I pair them with the C10 truffles for my inner corner & they look fantastic. As noted, you should not put these fluffies on your inner corners because they are thicker & can be irritating (I made that mistake once). Using 2 C10’s on the inside was the perfect solution for me. Also, these are so sturdy that they aren’t damaged when I accidentally smoosh them by sleeping on my side.”

Hi Anita! I am so sorry to hear this! Sometimes if over bonding or under bonding occurs, your lashes can fall off easily since our bond is unique and different from other lash bonds! Because our bond is so unique a little trial and error is very normal.
Our Whisper Light bond (and Bondage) does not fully cure or harden like strip glue or extension glue. It remains flexible. This creates a mold and a cushion. The cushion keeps your natural lashes protected, and by using the Fuse Control Wand it molds the bond and Gossamer safely to the natural lashes.
If you apply too much bond, it can not set properly and in turn will cause longevity issues. If you apply the spine of the Gossamers on or too close to the waterline, they can not adhere or be fused properly, which can also create longevity issues. Not fusing properly or enough can do this to.
Oils, either from your skin or from products you use, will also break down the bond.
