“I feel like the packaging is way too over the top for refill lashes. I feel bad ordering more because I open a box in a box in a box in fancy confetti. Just seems wasteful for such tiny lashes :( I get it for the luxe box but unnecessary for refills.”
“Love these - easy to apply - can sleep in them fine - they last about 4 days - sadly if you take a hot shower- they often loosen and have to reapply. You can reuse a few - but they get worn pretty easily and I prefer fresh ones”
“Excellent quality. My only suggestion would be to include the prep product and the remover product in the "starter kit" because they really are kind of necessary.”
“The lashify product is great but the selection process for the luxe box if you want to change your subscription needs to be improved. I find scrolling and scrolling, deselecting, selecting and changing numbers of items too tedious. I got A12s that I did not want but I must have made a mistake somewhere.”

“Great product, but without the melt or other release product it tore out so many lashes while trying to remove them using everything the forum recommended. The starter kit should have the option for melt or release, and a prep wand that is easy for travel would be great”

“1) a few of the lash strips delivered were broken when I removed them from their plastic form.
2) so much cardboard waste!!! I order the subscription so I receive 3 lash sets. The big box, the tissue paper and crinkly stuffing paper. It is really necessary? That's a lot for such small, light items. Even if it's recycled, majority goes into landfill. It's dissapointing.
Please make it your company's mission to be more earth friendly.”
