“I really liked Lashify but I have sent numerous emails about my whisperlight tubes being sent to me completely dried out I have 3 THREE and ! Bondage. I am very dissatisfied with the fact that I have been ignored and I am considering cancelling my membership. If I don't receive replacements or a refund.
There is a significant quality control issue with whisperlight But more importantly, customer service has ignored me and appears to be non-existent at this time. I am very, very disappointed, this situation could have been easily solved if someone told me where to send the tubes and I got replacements or a refund. I paid for them for goodness sake. I sent you the item numbers and not sure what else you want. Since I have nothing to use to apply my lashes, I am going to go back to extensions, at least I am not throwing my money away.”
“Received damaged goods - heat damage - eyelashes are unwearable and bondage exploded all over entire package. I reached out to lashify for help and was told to file a claim through route since I paid shipping protection. Route is unresponsive so I now have $150 of unusable goods. Thanks for no support lashify team”

“Unfortunately I never received my lashes and when I sent an email about this I never received a response so I will post here as well. Hello my name is kourtney I have bought from Lashify many times and have never had an issue. I placed an order in July and paid extra for fast shipping by August 6th for a wedding and it has still not arrived. It states on the website order history that the order was fulfilled but when I click on the tracking number it says anticipated ship date is 8/2 but has no other update for the fedex tracking. “I spent approximately 300 dollars on the lasify set. I bought pretty much all the glues and a set of lashes. I gave it about a week of me practicing putting them on. Couldn't really get them on the right way. They would be falling off at work, I even used the bondage glue. I would not recommend lashify. I ended up going back to my lash artist. Lashify Is a waste of money. Hope this helps you out.”
