Oh no! We're so sorry to hear this! Because the bond is so unique, and not like strip lash glue or extension bonds, a little trial and error is normal. The bond does not fully cure or harden and remains flexible. This creates a cushion of protections between the natural lashes and the bond, and allows the bond to mold to the natural lashes and Gossamers as well to create a long lasting hold. If too much bond is applied, or the spine of the Gossamers are applied on or too close to the waterline, the bond can not set and fusing won't adhere them properly.

Unfortunately, My experience with Lashify it was bad. I put a lot of expectations in your product but it is not working how to describe in your marketing publicity. I spoke with someone by email she advised me to schedule a day for to use the product but it is the same. I followed step by step the instructions but it is not working. “They have not worked for me as advertised— they were ok to put on, but the kit should come with the cleaner. It was tough to redo certain areas with only my eye makeup remover to take the glue off.
— they didn’t stay on well even though I put the “glass” on and was careful to follow the directions
— I tried them three separate times in the two weeks I had them and I had to redo at least one piece in a day unless I showered and got my hair or face wet, then I had to redo them all.
— they did not last sleeping even though I’m a side sleeper, they got twisted on partially came off
— when I showered I intentionally did not put my face directly in the water but they still fell off from the water trickling down my face- it was awful how easily they just came off
— they did feel nice when they were on. I just wish the glue was stronger so they stayed on better. I’m better off getting them done professionally or using magnetic lashes.”

“I can do winged liner, put on false lashes fairly well but can not manage to get lashify lashes to stay for more than 1 minute literally. The bond doesn't fully cure like a traditional strip lash glue or extension glue. It remains flexible. So you don't need much. Fusing and placement of the Gossamer are also really important. “I purchased the control kit and found that the included bonds/sealers only held for 2-3 days for me, despite following all of the instructions to a T: not sleeping on my face, fusing twice a day, not using too much product, showering away from the shower head, etc.
I purchased night bond and bondage hoping that they could extend the time my lashes stay on longer than 2-3 days, and it DOESNT!
I’ve once again followed all directions to a T, but the lashes don’t stay on long AT ALL.
I am upset that I paid 70+ dollars for bondage and nightbond “extra staying power”only for them to not work; and also be non refundable.”

Also, the return services totally suck; they don't cover shipping (which was $13) and then charge you a $20 processing fee, and then don't even get your return processed for TWO weeks after they receive it!
