“Unfortunately, I'm less than satisfied with my Lashify experience. I had really high hopes but I have been disappointed. Ive attempted to wear lashes on four separate occasions. Each time, the lashes were falling off before I could make it out of my front door. It seems that the adhesive that comes with the kit does stick very well. The last time i tried wearing them, I was out and realized about 2 hours later that all but 2 had fallen off. I was hoping that your product would solve my lash problems but it failed me.”
Hi Tyrice, if your lashes aren't lasting there is a problem with application. We can help you figure it out. They should NEVER EVER be falling off within two hours. If that is happening we can guarantee you that there is an issue with how they are being applied.
“I had such high hopes for this product. I am a lash technician, and usually do my own individual lash extensions and hoped Lashify could complement my existing Lash Extension set up; I hoped it would provide me with an easier & quicker way to apply my own lashes. I ignored my reservations and skepticism and ordered a few different lash products to try.
I found the products to be very cheap. Cheap plastic bags, containers and nothing particularly groundbreaking in the lashes themselves. The products are from China, but there are certain grades of quality from Chinese products. These Lashify products are on the lower end of these grades. This was the first disappointment. The quality far underperforms expectations; it is far from worth the money paid. If they were a fifth of their current price, it would still be expensive for the quality.
But, the biggest and most egregious disappointment was when taking the lashes off. If I wanted eyelash removal in one fell swoop, these would be the best way to do it. I am gentle in my lash removal protocol because lashes are extremely delicate. I dab each lash with the removal solution and have patience in the product to dissolve the glue. Even with this method, which works for stronger cyanoacrylate type glues for individual lashes, each Lashify lash stripped on average 5-6 lashes from my eyelid. I was horrified. I am worried that my lashes will not grow back. I wish I could upload my photos.
Do yourself a favor. Do not buy these cheap Chinese products that are dressed up to look like Luxury. Don't be fooled by the chic Black themed website and IG promo ads. This company and their products are absolutely "lipstick on a pig" type products. Worst purchase ever.”
“Exquisitely the most frustrating process I've volunteered to throw time and money at to master. I refuse to give up so I'll keep buying lashes to get this application down but the way the glue sticks to your fingers and the lashes and the fragility of the lashes when you try to clear drying glue on them with the SLIGHTEST glue amount requires endless patience of which I fall short of possessing.”
Sorry to hear you're having trouble. The glue should not be sticking to your fingers. We provide wandoms for a non stick fuse and they should be used over the wands especially when new. We do suggest a one on one with our educators so we can troubleshoot your issues.
“I loveeee Lashify I've been using them for over a year now. Recently purchased 2 pairs of fluffies and one pack was defective. 3 strips of lashes were cut in half when I took them off the case. Some of the lashes weren't as curled as the rest so my eyelashes looked weird when I put them on. A waste of $25 for a pack. I haven't opened the other package yet but I'm hoping they are good!!!”
“The product is great but when I had a minor quality issue, it was impossible to get any level of customer service. All I wanted was one gossamer replaced (after being a recurring customer) and it showed that customer service is not important to you, which is disappointing.”

“I tried to cancel and even got a survey asking why I unsubscribed and my account was not deactivated and I’ve had two subsequent charges. Worse yet they were for lashes and products I had tried to edit in the months before canceling. Terrible app terrible website products are just too stiff. “I received an email from them for a free glossimer. I placed the order and it said that your free glossimer will automatically arrive with order. It never did nor would they do anything to make it right. False advertisement!”
“Very disappointed. I paid for expedited shipping and it still arrived late. Did not remove one lash and barely removed eye makeup. Caused redness and irritation. When I requested a refund I was told there are no refunds despite this not being stated when making the purchase. Will not purchase from this company again and will share poor customer service experience.”
“The only thing that works is the glue. Lashes braking off into smaller straps, unable to remove the glue for reuse, eye infections and unable to see due to non hypoallergenic ingredients. The remover doesn't work. For the cost of the lash supplies including the lash strips I expected so much better.”
