“I am confident this review will never be published and the following are the reasons why. I ordered a Garden Bench on 11th May and payment was taken the same day for £201.40 and the product was in stock. The anticipated delivery was 7/10 days; 'quoted on your website'. On the 21st May I e-mailed your cancellation department to cancel the order and for them to arrange a refund. (This should have been handled and completed within 72 Hours; 'quoted on your website.) This cancellation was agreed by response the same day. On the 1st June, I still had not received any refund, well outside the 72 hour time-frame as quoted on your website) I subsequently e-mail the department again and received a promise that this would be expedited ASAP. As of this moment in time 5th June , No Refund has been received. For any case of Customer Service, this whole situation I consider the whole situation appalling and discreditable for any business provider. This is the reason this review will not be published.”

“I ordered a privacy adaptor kit for an internal door which I wanted to lock but without having the hassle of having to use a key. This fitted the bill perfectly. The order came within 9 days and I wasn't disappointed.”

“quality of bed was spot on. But delivery time was awful. waited 3 weeks for it to be delivered. Had to chase it up by calling customer services serval times and when I was told I'd get a phone call back the same day with information on delivery I never did and had to ring back.”

“I accidentally ordered the wrong type of lock for my bathroom. I immediately emailed to request a refund - to which was agreed. But Ive come home from holiday and here I have the unwanted lock and no refund.”

“The wallpaper is excellent and looks really chic. The service we received was fairly good although it would have been good to have a better idea on when to expect the goods rather than a 5-7 day window. The help given on the phone was good as I needed to confirm details before placing the order.”

“We had been looking for a nest of tables in solid Oak for some time and struggled to find the matching ones for the rest of the furniture. We were in a store when we spotted a set for nearly £200, they were the exact match so we asked the lady about ordering a set. She gave us her telephone number and the model of the tables. As I don't like to pay more than I need to I decided to do a search on Google for the tables. Leader Stores was one of the stores in the search results. The price was just over £100, a massive saving. I went online, placed my order and paid. I then realised my details included the wrong delivery address so sent a correction by email. my communications were confirmed and actioned very quickly. It was the same when I emailed about delivery, the response was quick and accurate. I have no reservations about recommending Leader stores. great value, great communications and they deliver exactly what they say they will. Martin Pearson west Yorkshire”

“My order confirmation said I would receive a confirmation of dispatch. It never came so once the expected delivery date passed I tried to contact the company via phone, web chat, and email but got no reply, in the end I only got contact once I raised a PayPal dispute. Eventually the order arrived but communication and customer support was terrible.”
