“These guys are great and order to delivery was very professional and they keep you updated of the progress. A couple of the packs were damaged, bu I called the service team and they were excellent. Ordered replacements and they were despatched very quickly and arrived perfectly. Will defo use them again. This is the service every online store should give. Thank you”

“Very pleasant staff to deal with but a few niggles - order got misplaced so delayed project and annoyed my joiner, who had to be on 'stand by' for several days. Door described as oak,but its oak veneer - didn't matter for what I needed for, but could mislead others.”

“I purchased 3 internal moulded doors and couldn't be more happy with them. They arrived in good time with a reputable courier and were thoughtfully packaged. The doors are of good quality, exactly as described and I will definitely be recommending Leader Stores and using them again in the future.”

“Dear sir. I am retired active, I found the doors were as usual excellent, however they were damaged in the delivery process the face of one had apparently be dropped or knocked and bruised on the face side, the other had been knocked on the corner and split a piece off the inside of the corner. I was however able to repair them satisfactorily for the customer, with a £20.00 reduction, I would buy leader doors again, I believe this was a transportation problem and unfortunately we do not live in a perfect world. “Very helpful Customer Care. I ordered the wrong items by mistake & had no problem exchanging them. Then I had an issue with two items being slightly faulty & Customer Care sent two complete units within a few days. Very impressed. Would use Leader Stores again.”

“I ordered three kitchen worktops on January 21st which were advertised as 5 - 7 days delivery. Heard nothing from them so called on Jan 28th and spoke with Shaun who thanked me for bringing it to his attention and he assured me that he would be chasing up the distribution company. On February 2nd I called again and spoke with Ryan who also thanked me for bringing it to his attention. He advised me that the distribution company would not deliver to my area (Somerset) but that he would be arranging for a courier to deliver the worktops. Some days later I called again and spoke to Liam who didn't appear to know a great deal about anything but transferred me back to Shaun who this time advised that I should have been told quite some time ago that they were cancelling the whole deal and weren't prepared to deliver at all. A refund would be given in due course. While I was kept on hold during the last call I made to them, I looked up their customer reviews - if only I'd looked at the reviews before I placed the order I could have avoided this company completely. Not a great experience.”

Thank you for your feedback Dorothy We would firstly like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused on this order. We would always contact customers as soon as we receive any order updates. However there seems to have been a communication error regarding the delivery times and methods for this delivery. With the item being so physically large, and being delivered direct from the supplier, there was a delay in relaying the information regarding delivery problems to yourself. This is not our normal procedure, and is certainly not how our company works. For that reason, we do extend our sincerest apologies. “"Bought this to go in my mother in laws new bathroom that I've just installed .Looks great against the white bathroom suite & is easy to keep clean. Customer service were very helpful . I would highly recommend company and product to others.”
