“Lovely acacia wood bench- looks far more expensive than price paid. Quick and easy delivery and very easy assemble, so extremely pleased- would not hesitate to buy again or recommend.”

“Bought two garden bench covers from Leader Stores. Owing to poor availability of this brand of product from any supplier I feared that delivery was going to be protracted, which turned out to be the case. Leader kept me informed by e-mail and 'phone, but were, I believe, let down a bit by the organization that should have provided next-day delivery. All was well the end. Thank you Leader Stores, we got there in the end.”

“This is my second order with Leader buying two doors. My first order went to plan and when I spoke to staff they were pleasant and helpful. However when I placed my second order for a Malton pitch pine door, I rang Leader the following day after my on line order to ask about delivery. A very rude and abrupt man whose name I didn't even get time to ask, told me the door would be delivered within 3-5 working days and they would phone ME to tell me. He couldn't wait to get off the phone and I only wish I'd got his name. It's through people like him that give businesses a bad name. I'd think twice before using Leader again! I starred normal due to my first experience, however if I were starring the second purchase it would get a very poor!”

“I Bought some lovely laminate flooring from Leaderstores and found them the cheapest on the internet for a quality product much more expensive elsewhere, the delivery was free and the VAT was not added at the checkout like all other online retailers. Superb quality Oak Harlech laminate, i highly recommend.”

“Prior to my order I spoke with one of the customer care team to confirm I was selecting the correct item. The adviser was very polite and helpful and confirmed everything was fine. He also advised on the lead time for the item, which was accurate. The order went through with no glitches, and the delivery was made on the arranged date with no problems either. A very satisfactory transaction all round. I will be using Leader Stores again. Thank you. A++++”

Thank you for your feedback Mr Freeman We do apologise if this has caused any inconvenience. We sell thousands of products from hundreds of different suppliers. Some items are delivered next working day whereas others can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered. Kind regards Shaun

“I ordered some flooring only to ring leader stores to tell me out of stock after I had ordered and paided then I was was told to wait seven for me order then within half hour I received an email to say have your money back it won't be back in stock only to my dissmay that looking upon the Internet this item was in still saying in stock customercare a big fat zero disgrace order at your peral I then had to chase them up for my money back AWFUL I would recommend NOT to buy from this company”

“We ordered our "Oaks Lighting Flemish Brass Plated Twin Wall Light" on 23 February 2015. We receive the delivery within about seven days only to find that they had shipped the wrong item. They duly shipped a replacement but that, due to inadequate packaging , was damaged. Leader Sores promised that they would ship another replacement within 3-7 working days. Ten days later I had to contact them only to be told that they now cannot ship yet another replacement for 7 - 14 working days - due to manufacturing problems at Oaks. First time I have use this Company but will not again.”

“Although the French doors I ordered took the maximum time suggested to arrive, I did get responses to my email queries about where the order was, and they did then turn up when I was told they would. After reading a fair amount of not so great reviews of Leader Stores I was concerned after the initial couple of weeks of waiting for delivery, but in my case the communication was good and they didn't let me down. The product is of excellent quality as well.”

“I was sent the wrong item, and when i contacted you to tell you, i was told that i needed to provide photographic evidence as the supplier didn't believe me. Your staff were very polite, but i didn't appreciate the fact that my word was being questioned. I am still waiting for the correct item to be sent and the wrong item to be collected.”

Good afternoon James Thank you for your feedback. It wasn't that they didn't believe you had received the wrong item, it was simply that they had the correct item down as being delivered and and signed for. I do apologise if this wasn't communicated correctly. The replacement is currently on order and should be with us by the end of the week.
