“Although I was pleased with the quality and value for money for the bench that I ordered, I found the delivery a bit misleading. I was advised that the item had been dispatched on the Thursday and expected next day delivery to be the next day - Friday! I cancelled my usual volunteering job and stayed in all day, but the bench did not arrive. I tried to contact Leader on Saturday morning but neither the store nor the customer service numbers were answering, just a recorded message followed by the engaged tone. I also tried to contact them on line but nobody got back to me. The bench arrived first thing Monday morning, but I would have expected that someone would have checked that the item had arrived, given the messages I left. Very different experience from Amazon who inform you when to expect your delivery within an hour, and this does not encourage me to use your company in the future.”

“I ordered the prefix numbers 1 and 7 and was sent 1 and 2 after many phone calls I am still waiting to receive the number 7 although I have paid for it weeks ago. No one follows up phone calls and I have no idea whether my order is now being processed. I guess I will have to make another phone call. Very poor service and poor non delivery of correct items ordered.”

“Ordered two separate orders, one order took 3 weeks and the other order took 10 days. The tracking system sent does not work and when calling the call centre on many an occasion the staff were unhelpful and gave incorrect advice. I waited in all day for one order and called the office at 4.55pm wanting to know where it was, the man on the phone told me to wait until 6pm, it didn't show for another 4 days!”

On top of this, when the items did come they were damaged and I again had to endure further chasing. You may ask why I then give them 4 stars? Well the fact the damaged goods were replaced without question helped to believe that behind the company is reputable and my delayed and damaged order was a freak occurrence.”

“Absolutely delighted with my artic white high gloss flooring, my livingroom is stunning, my partner purchased the silver grey high gloss for his home , which is also stunning. I will be purchasing the silver grey myself for my kitchen and hallway. Delivery was very quick and everything was well packed, hence no damages at all. once again many thanks”
