“The whole process from the initial sales call all the way through to onboarding has been brilliant with Lead Forensics. I found the sales man Oliver excellent, he was professional and articulate and explained the benefits of the service. Then the handover to onboarding with Tom was very smooth and by far the best onboarding process I have been through with any product or service. The platform itself is excellent and within a week we are starting to see huge benefits with 2 of our leads.”

“Lead Forensics (LF) helps me get an understanding of both how my prospect are behaving on the website as well as current customers. Best objects I've seen with LF is: Ensure prospects are viewing the material you are sending - stay on top on the other material on the website they are curious about. Current customers: During renewals or after a session, follow up and ensure they are going through critical material, and see if they are going through newsletters so they are up to date with your product. LF has assisted me with both insights in the dark, but shining a light on clients I don't hear from but still see are active viewing our offerings.”

“Lead Forensics has really improved our lead generation by letting us identify website visitors in real-time, so we get valuable insights on which companies are interacting with our content. The platform is easy to use and shows detailed profiles, including contact information and possible decision-makers, which makes it much easier to nurture leads and saves us a lot of time in prospecting. Their support team is also very responsive and always ready to help us make the most of the tool. “Lead Forensics is a great tool for us as a B2B company. It allows us to monitor the level of interest in our products in different countries, and identify companies within our industry that could be lesser known to our distributors, and engage with them to make a sale. We also work with our distributors in the countries to go after the companies that visit our website by means of a weekly/monthly call and going through the leads with them, allowing for a much closer relationship between manufacturer/distributor.”
