“The store is not reliable. In case of a return, they request to send the order back to Spain ( I have purchased the lamps in Poland). The store realizes that costs of international shipment will be in many cases higher then a cost of a purchased lamp.

“I purchased six led lamps 3 of which failed. Ledkia put so many 'obstacles' and conditions, it makes it impossible, certainly in my case, to get replacements or any refund. My advice .. AVOID this Company at all costs ! Wish that I could award minus stars .. In my opinion; an absolutely USELESS firm.”
“Je commande 2 rubans leds RGB (commande ANKPYZXTV).
Dès la première mise en service, le bleu ne fonctionne pas pour l'un des 2 rubans.
Je le signale au SAV pour réclamer un remplacement du 2e ruban visiblement défectueux (sans même exiger de remboursement).
Ils vous répondent qu'ils testent pourtant tous leurs produits avant envoi. + que je dois détacher les éléments collés (alim, connecteurs, pins...) pour revoir les connections des fils et les rebrancher moi même. De plus je dois leur fournir une vidéo de ce que je fais !
Je leur ai commandé pour plusieurs centaines d'euros de produits auparavant sans avoir déclaré de problème jusqu'ici.
Mais au premier soucis déclaré pour un ruban d'une vingtaine d'euros seulement, ils remettent en question ma bonne foi et veulent que je tente de bricoler moi même le produit pour résoudre son problème d'assemblage d'origine.
Pas très compréhensif ni commerçant du tout Ledkia, ce qui peux remettre en question ma fidélité envers ce site...”

You have offered a credit which would enable me to buy a replacement but only if I pay an exhorbitant delivery charge which is greatly in excess of the price of the replacement item. “Awful returns policy! They don't want to deal with customers after they have purchased something and take no responsibility for faulty goods! We bought 9 contact switches. 1 was faulty and they wanted a video of the goods in-situ not working and made it near impossible to return!”
“I purchased 4 numbers of spotlight. One of them was touched up and painted with different colour of white. And the paint was gone when I touched it. I asked for return and due to policy update I was told I need to wait a while. After 2 weeks I messaged them by using chat on the website and I was told there is an update on my case and someone will be in touch asap. In 1 hour I received and email saying I have to arrange a delivery for return costs covered by me. Now I am sending emails to them for return costs to be paid by them not me.
They told me that any damage or fault never finalized with refund. They always repair or renew the damaged product.
When I first saw the website, it seems professional to me and did not hesitate to buy products. However now I can recommend others not to purchase any product from these guys. It feels I am scammed.”

6 bulbs out of a 24 bulb order were wired incorrectly (some move from warm to cold while the others move from cold to warm) and one driver has blown after testing 3 times. They are attempting to refuse a warranty refund as I opened one of the 6 bulb units to confirm incorrect wiring.
Avoid at all costs unless faulty wiring and house fires are your thing.”

“Not happy at all! Our order came to 19,80 €. Ledkia added 9,08 € shipment costs. This was not mentioned when placing the order.
We where informed by Ledkia upon requesting the return of the order that we again would be charged with 10,60 € for shipment. Mind you, we are talking 19,68 € for shipping and returning an item with a value of 19,80€. We truly feel cheated by Ledkia, their buisnes ethics are far from honest.”

In the end I asked for my money back and was totally ignored. Countless calls and emails with no response. They just want your money and I’m convinced they don’t even have any lights to send out. “Ordered lights 6 weeks ago through their website but have not received items. After continuously chasing and countless phone calls, I'm still no better off knowing where my delivery is. Only ordered on their website as it said 5 working days for delivery, but after speaking with them they confirmed that was not the case. Even checked weeks after ordering and still said the same delivery time which is a lie, plain and simple. Now asked for a refund on my items and they have ignored my requests and not answered my emails about getting my money back. Even some of the customer services representatives are rude and show zero interest in your query. Avoid at all costs.”
