“I recently purchased some tiles and furniture from your Llantrisant store. Firstly Thomas in tiles was a pleasure to deal with he provided excellent advice and assisted us when we returned spare quantities. Good value for money and selection. Secondly I would like to thank Michelle in your furniture department. She spent time with me advising and helping select mix and match items for my taste. She was professional and knowledgeable about my product selection Thirdly the van sales staff were courteous and helpful working quickly and efficiently to assemble my table. I didn't get their names but they deserve a big thank you. Lastly I need to mention Maureen on after sales because the bench was damaged and required a replacement. All in all a fantastic bunch of staff we will be back again nothing seemed too much trouble.”

“ordered my kitchen with leekes of crosshands in February had nothing but problems since ,kitchen being delivered the day before it should have! items I had ordered being have to replaced because mine were unavailable, my fitter had to make good with certain parts of kitchen because of poor designer the customer service manager being very rude to me on phone, no one returning my phone calls, and the stress of being without a kitchen for six weeks because of there incompetence and still to this day I am still waiting for the original tap I ordered ?? never would I recommend this company stay clear”

“I ordered a kitchen after the sales person came to measure and following a visit to the store to make my choice. I paid a deposit 20th July .. here I am 4 weeks later being told delivery won't be tomorrow as promised.. but some 3 weeks away! I've wasted 4 weeks waiting for Leekes!! With no cooker or washing machine :( I've ate out and used the laundrette as they promised to start instillation 21st Aug.. This wasn't the cheapest kitchen I found but could be installed the quickest that's why I chose them My disappointment is distressing and stops me from sleeping as I now have to start all over again. My daughter and son have their birthdays next weekend now I don't know what I'm supposed to do.. you've not just disappointed me and let me down but my whole family. I'll never forget this. How can this happen this day & age? I think the other reviews are fake!”

“Awful experience with its customer service, consultant and branches. The branch opening hours are jokes as it does not open as it states. The consultant was rude and late for the appointment. The customer service was bad as the phone quality was really bad. All the promotions are under certain conditions. I would stay away from this company for my life time.”

“They made my purchases lovely and easy with great advise from the lighting dept, the electrical dept and the furniture dept i.e. Leighton. They are also storing my goods to help me while I renovate my house. Everyone is pleasant and helpful.”

“I ordered 19 rolls of wallpaper with the intention of decorating three rooms but only 13 arrived. The 13 rolls had a mixture of shade codes and were very poorly packaged. I needed 9 for one room, 6 for a second room and 4 for the third room. There were 6 rolls with the same shade code and a mixture of others. Leekes said they only had 7 rolls of the wallpaper left but then sold some of them instead of saving them for me. I said I would keep 6 with the same code so I could at least decorate one room and Leekes arranged for Parcel Force to collect the other 7 which they did. After waiting a week and not receiving a refund for the 13 rolls, I phoned to enquire about when I would get my refund and they said they would chase it up. I am awaiting the money being transferred into my account. To give Leekes their due, Mr Perrin from Leekes, who was gery pleasant, did phone to apologise and sent me a £10 Leekes gift voucher but, as I would have to pay postage, I doubt I will bother.”

“Customer services from this company is awful. I brought a kitchen from this company, it didn't arrive when we were told it would be, it held up the project, and they incorrectly spec items and when we complained they blamed our fitters not the fact they had miss sold us items and lied to get the deal. No return to calls, and lied when we eventually got hold of someone”

“Beverley who served us in lighting was very efficient and asked if she could help as soon as we started looking at lights. She was very knowledgeable regarding the products she was responsible for and extremely helpful.We went away with a purchase that suited our needs exactly. Thank you”
