“Michelle in the Home Furnishings department was the epitome of good customer service. I had seen a sofa I liked but my husband wasn’t with me. Michelle kindly reserved the sofa (without charge) and booked the delivery date for me, so that i could return with my husband the following morning to confirm the purchase. Buying sofas is a big expense Ann’s one that you do t want to get wrong, so it was important that my husband saw interest before I committed to buy, but I didn’t want to lose out on this Clearance item. Thanks Michelle. We will definitely shop at Leekes for our furniture in future, as the service you gave us was second to none.”

“My wife and I went looking for new furniture for our conservatory we picked what we wanted within minutes of entering the store and better still we were given a discount which we did not expect we were served by Michelle who very helpful and courteous we were that pleased with our purchase we went back the following day and purchased another chair.”

“Purchased a Stressless chair, had already decided on the style size etc but needed to decide on the colour of leather - served by Michelle who help make my choice very easy by lending me a sample folder of leathers to view at home. Order completed with no problems the next day.”

“We have just bought a sofa and two chairs. We were served by Shelly and she was more than helpful. She showed us more colours than I even knew existed and helped us make our final decision quicker than we would have on our own. She is fantastic at her job and she was always happy to help and wiling to have a laugh with us.”

“Looking for a new sofa and chairs in the Llantrisant branch and were impressed with choice. Michelle was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She was available for advice but not at all “pushy”. Hopefully our purchase will live up to expectations!”

“I have visited the design centre at Leekes of Llantrisant on many occasions and have always been delighted with the friendly,professional service that Bev has always provided . Bev really understands the client’s perspective and always comes up with wonderful ideas . I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for my interior design needs .”

“We wanted to give our lounge and dining rooms a facelift, long overdue! Went to Leekes and met Bev, Interior Design Consultant. Bev made the whole process so easy with her friendly and professional approach and the whole experience was an absolute pleasure. This is the second time we have used Leekes. We had replacement windows, doors, soffits and guttering fitted in 2015. Excellent and professional service from start to finish. Can’t praise the company enough.”

“We went looking for coffee table(s) to complete the room with furniture that we had recently bought at the Llantrisant store. Michelle was MORE than helpful and actually helped to carry 1 item for us to see 'in situ' with the corner leather unit we had previously purchased - too big!!. It didn't really suit but Michelle just kept smiling through it all - patience personified!!! We eventually bought a smaller table and a 2-tier nest of tables - perfect!!!!”

“We were served by Michelle in the furniture department in the Pontyclun store and were very happy with the service we received. She approached us to offer assistance and proved both practical and knowledgeable when it came to selecting the type of recliner chair we wanted. A subsequent visit to decide on wood finish and preferred fabric proved equally helpful and professional. Altogether, an excellent experience from which we would be happy to recommend the store to others.”
