“When looking for a new three piece suite we were undecided regarding the colour. Karen Thomas who is a furniture sales advisor was most helpful and patient even going as far as allowing me to put different colour cushions against different coloured suites in the store which allowed us to make up our mind regarding what colour to choose, we found Karen very pleasant and she gave us her undivided attention even when we were still dithering.”

“Beverley from the lighting department at llantrisant is an asset to Leekes .we needed replacement fittings for our lights which we purchased 2years ago which she got and they were free of charge. Thank you Beverley .”

“I would like to Thank Christopher from the garden furniture department at Cross Hands for providing excellent customer service when I recently bought the Jamie Oliver feastable dining set. He really went the extra mile in ensuring we were happy and sorted out a minor delivery problem very promptly. if all staff take a leaf out of his book you won't go far wrong Thank you !!”

“I recently purchased a new front door from Leekes, Llantrisant. The two young fitters who came to install were Steve & Daniel, they were superb at their job. Their workmanship was exemplary, so neat & tidy, compliments are coming in daily. I have been told that Steve & Daniel, are the A team of installers of doors, and so they were. There was a broken flower pot by the door, on leaving they indicated they had even 'repaired' that for me. A team? oh yes they were!”

“my wife and i went to leekes crosshands looking for a cross trainer, we are both inexperienced in this area so we were lucky that Daniel was there to assist us, he spent a long time explaining the benefits of each of the machines, his vast knowledge was very reassuring for us, he lrt my wife try many of the machines to see which one best suited her, we didnt feel under any pressure to buy at any time, as a result of the great service of Daniel we are now awaiting delivery of a beautiful kettler eliptical p cross trainer, next time you see us in leekes we shall be alot skinnier, thanks dan and you team. gerald keenan”

“Bought a suite from leekes great quality delivered on date expected. Kept up to date before hand and delivery driver rang early on day of delivery to give us time slot. The service from sale at store to delivery was first class. It's not the first large item we have had from leekes . Great quality and service would reccomended to friends and family”

“Having been looking for new sofas for a while now, my husband and I were really impressed by the excellent help and knowledge given to us today by Louise Cripps at your store in Melksham. She was friendly, kind and offered practical advice, enabling us to reach a decision on our new furniture. We both wanted different products, my husbands choice from a different store! So a big thanks to Louise, I got the furniture I wanted, even though I had to compromise slightly on my chosen colour. Looking forward to it being delivered now.”

“We've been shopping at Leekes for years. We bought our kitchen island from here as they stocked the same brand as our built in kitchen. Quick delivery and great service. Sales are always brilliant and they always have what we are looking for in the store in Coventry. Never disappoints”
