“Dealt with Michelle at llantrisant branch and ordered furniture. She was very friendly informative and professional. She knew a lot about the product I was purchasing and made suggestions but notnoushy as some other assistants in various stores can be. Very pleased and will shop there again.”

“popped in today at Llantrisant looking for a dining table was greeted with a big smile and hello off Michelle who told us if we need any help to give her a shout. After find what we wanted we went back to see Michelle who was very helpful and with no fuss gave us the paperwork we needed to pay at the till. most people like to complain about customer service if most stores had staff like Michelle there would be very few complaints please pass on our thanks to her. Wayne Edwards.”

“Whilst looking at carpets in Llantrisant Leekes I spoke with a lady named Joyce, who advised me as I was looking to renew carpets and furniture throughout my home, I should consider making an appointment with Interior Designer, Bev Berry. A big thanks Joyce as having followed your advise I met up with Bev and I really appreciated all the help and advise Bev has been able to offer me. Bev you have been amazingly supportive and you are a credit to Leekes with all the help and advice and liaison with other departments. I have now placed my orders and found all the staff very helpful without being pushy. Karl in Furniture department dealt with all my questions and I felt supported when making my choices but in no way ever rushed into making a decision. He certainly was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Leekes Management I hope you appreciate the service your employees give day in day out to us customers. I hope when I take delivery of the goods in due course that I will find the service as good and will write another review once the orders are complete”

“Went to shop for wallpaper, and wandered into CLEARANCE FURNITURE a lady called KAREN served us re a dining table, and then went onto buy table and 6 chairs. She was absolutely amazing her customer service was the best I have ever had. The table in clearance had two chips on it, I still wanted it and she showed us the matching chairs, which I purchased . Such a lovely shopping experience thanks to the lovely Karen. A big thank you the table ans chairs were delivered yesterday and I am over the moon with them. With grateful thanks ALIZA LAMPREY. The table and chairs were called the STELLA RANGE. Also the boys that delivered were fantastic. ONE VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.”

“I recently purchased some tiles and furniture from your Llantrisant store. Firstly Thomas in tiles was a pleasure to deal with he provided excellent advice and assisted us when we returned spare quantities. Good value for money and selection. Secondly I would like to thank Michelle in your furniture department. She spent time with me advising and helping select mix and match items for my taste. She was professional and knowledgeable about my product selection Thirdly the van sales staff were courteous and helpful working quickly and efficiently to assemble my table. I didn't get their names but they deserve a big thank you. Lastly I need to mention Maureen on after sales because the bench was damaged and required a replacement. All in all a fantastic bunch of staff we will be back again nothing seemed too much trouble.”

“They made my purchases lovely and easy with great advise from the lighting dept, the electrical dept and the furniture dept i.e. Leighton. They are also storing my goods to help me while I renovate my house. Everyone is pleasant and helpful.”
