“I am so pleased that Leekes Furniture Store has taken over the old M&S home store in Cheltenham. It really is a lovely store and the staff are very helpful. I have been looking at the lovely kitchens on display and Michael Rad who is the kitchen designer has been very helpful. I haven't ordered a kitchen yet but I hope to do so in the near future.”

“We came into Leekes store prior to Christmas and was very impressed with the range of furniture. After looking around the shop we decided upon a range of furniture that my husband and I both liked. We decided to wait until after Christmas to order and came back to the store beginning of January. The sales gentleman Steve James approached us and offered any help or guidance. He was very helpful but gave us space. When we needed assistance he was very informative and we placed the order with him. We placed a further order through Steve who honoured a good price. Steve is a credit to your sales team.”

“We recently visited Leekes in Melksham and were helped by 2 female staff. The first helped us with the purchase of a Christmas Tree and, as it was the last in stock and didn't have a box, helpfully took it down (showing me how it went together) wrapped it up for us and suggested buying a Storage Box from another store. We then went onto the furniture department and was served by Maria who helped us with measurements and the covering for a setee, explaining to us about delivery and care of new furniture. A very successful visit.”

“Sean at Bilston was a friendly gentleman, we only bought two kitchen stools but he was so helpful, I’m thinking about having a new kitchen next year as he deals with new kitchens, I would recommend anyone buying a kitchen to see Sean.”

“We were looking for a 3 piece suite. We were helped by Maria who had the patience of a Saint. She was answered every question we put to her and knew all there was to know about each suite we looked at. Thanks Maria we left Happy with our choice. Can't wait to receive our new suite. We were spoilt for choice.”

“I could not have been happier with the service and design offered by Del from the bathroom department. Craig and Richie installed the shower and new bathroom. I had been house bound due to recent surgery so they worked around me, also to be mentioned is Michael (manager) from the customer service and delivery department who helped me along the way. Craig was challenged by the hidden gems left behind by previous builders, which is one of the reasons my husband and I chose Leekes for our bathroom installation. Basically you get what you pay for and we wanted quality. Leekes provides a quality bathroom and workmanship. Well done.”

“We had great help and advice from the staff at Bilston Leekes when looking to buy a suite and some carpet. We have now ordered the furniture but will return to buy the carpet. Steve James was particularly helpful on both of our recent visits to buy the suite. It's a great store and has everything for the home.”

“Visited Leekes store Bilston on Monday 6th February 2023, with my sister and brother in law. We were greeted at the store by Hamza who was friendly, polite and very helpful. We both bought suites that day, and were very happy with the professional advise and guidance from Hamza throughout the process of choosing our furniture. He was always around to answer questions when we needed him. He did not intrude into our shopping experience at all (unlike some stores). He was always at the right place at the right time... with a smile. Barry also provided helpful information. We wish to convey our thanks to Leekes Bilston. It is a lovely store with lovely staff.”
