I went with 2 friends to Belgium for New Year. I have not been on a Solo Leger trip since Oct 2023, an experience I did not want repeating. However, I thought maybe Leger had improved since then. How wrong I was, sadly. The driver of my feeder coach was my driver for the whole break to Brussels, a lady whose name us Caroline. Her husband, Tim, was the other driver but he NEVER drove! The two of them were also in charge on my main coach from Stop24 to Belgium. Tim NEVER drove the coach! They DID NOT give any safety instructions nor information about drinks or how to pay. The hotel chosen by Leger SHOULD NOT be used! Although its clean with ok food, it is situated on an Industrial park, so no pleasant window views, no shops, bars, cafes nearby! It is obviously a business hotel or ok for a 1 night stay only! No information in the room about how to contact reception; tea not replaced each day. Table service at meal times was poor - a large serving spoon was given to use for soup and a teaspoon for dessert!! At Midnight on New Year's Eve, there was no Fizzgiven out! It was ready to be served but no staff to pour it - they had left!!! An angry guest went to nightstaff to enquire & was given bottles of Prosecco, so jy table shared tge 3 bottles he was given! Other guests then went to do the same! What a ridiculous situation! When Tim & Caroline took us out, we were never given a map of the area, which should have greatly helped, so finding way back to coach at pick up time was questionable & a worry. I decided not to do the final excursion because of this and 1 person, a lady, got lost !!! All other passengers had to wait 1and a half hours on the coach before the lost lady was found!!! After an earlier excursion, the coach was not parked at pick up time, where they said it would be!!! We noticed it from a distance. When we got to the coach, the driver was not bothered, even when 20 minutes after pick up time had passed, only 10 people were back! The rest were waiting where Tim had told us to wait!!! He then decided he'd better go to that point to tell them the coach was somewhere else!!! They were cold and angry. So I will NOT be using LEGER in future. It is an amateur company, never learning ftom the reviews and comments of passengers.

I went with Ledger Coaches to Feldkirch, Austria The biggest mistake I have ever made. From the point of the feeder coach to the main coach, the whole trip was awful, wishing I was back home every day. This is how bad the trip was. I log each day what had happened. It was a complete disaster so first I want to make one thing super clear if you have a disability don't travel with a ledger I am a person who uses a wheelchair and my chair well let's just say we both disrespected the whole trip by unfriendly drivers and the male driver in end more less drop my chair out of the coach. My chair came back with some damage to the arms joystick and the back handlebar. I came back feeling I was entitled to have a holiday. Before we booked the trip, we informed the ledger that I was using a chair, and size and weight let me just use it as a lightweight travel chair. The second thing Leger Holidays allows each person one label for luggage. I am disabled so I have health conditions so I take things with me such as a breathing machine and medication and plus I am on a strict diet and also I need to eat at certain times if you need these sort things Ledger does not like different bags or luggage and staff can be rude about this even when you explain you have more bags due health. They have sympathy for you. You are just a hindrance to them, and they will make sure you know it. What made me laugh was when we got on our main coach at Dover when one driver with a husband and wife team had already had me in tears about my extra luggage then I was told by one of the luggage carriers which are called runners at Stop 24 this couple had won Ledger best drivers for three years. I thought, what can their worst drivers be like. Honestly, I traveled for many years with different coach companies and have never been so insulted by a team of drivers in my life. It made me feel like they were the ones on holiday, and we were the ones who were hindering what they had taken with them to get paid. They had no customer skills whatsoever. On my return, I emailed the ledger with my full report of the trip and they didn't even have the decency to reply a nearly two thousand pounds holiday was disgusting the hotel was right out of town so had to rely on the hotel it was poor the food well I have dietary one night they bought me a tomato on a plate it cut chunky like it has been cut by someone who had knife skills. Each night, the food was appalling No matter if they were serving you their regular food or not, it was rubbish, and it would keep a mouse alive. But glance over to the driver's tables, they had more than a table of 10 people between them. It was the most disgusting trip I have been on. So please. think twice if you are going to travel with them as you might as well throw your money over the hedge because they should not be allowed to take people's money and treat them with such awful holidays.

Communication prior to booking not clear, we found out 2 weeks before departure that our pick up was 2.40am which is not acceptable at our age, most of our holiday was wasted stuck on a coach for hours on end. We would have gladly paid extra to have at least one rest day the travelling has taken its toll on us both. The tour itself was nice but felt rushed and spoilt by how tired we were. The two man crew were very good but seemed to base everything around their driving time so it felt like we were being trapped on a coach without proper comfort breaks to fit in with them. Have done other coach tours where the pace was much more suited to us, will not be travelling with this company again.

Did the D Day battlefield tour it was not as advertised, 17hrs from pick up to hotel in Rouen, I think our coach was a school bus as very little legroom & no onboard facilities as kettle was broken, hotel was fine, drivers fine , but we had a rude and arrogant guide who would chastise you in front of other passengers if you were a few minutes late, bearing in mind it was 12hr days as soon as you got back to hotel it was time for bed , it was a 21/2 hr trip each way to the battlefields, not as advertised a full complaints sent to ledger but no response surprise surprise, never again awful experience.
