“Given £200 of vouchers which are worthless places are not accepting due to COVID or just because they no longer accept them. Premier inn won’t accept, Halfords won’t accept, Marriott won’t accept, wainwright’s won’t accept……given up what a total waste of money and time. Emailed as can’t get hold of on the phone, vouchers due to expire. When asked if they would extend, they wouldn’t. Asking for full refund but not holding my breath. Government should step in as this is legalised scamming of people. RECOMMEND DONT BUY VOUCHERS give money away to someone who needs it in cash or a cheque at least they get it. I’m waiting for a refund….if it ever comes”

“£200 leisure vouchers as company gift following redundancy 20 months ago. After 16 months of covid restrictions tried to use them at premier Inn only to find out they expired 6 weeks ago. No leisure vouchers contact phone number available and no reply on their email address. Truly awful gift.”

“like many, I was given leisure vouchers through work. I was unable to use them at Halfords as they stopped accepting paper ones due to fraud, I was unable to use them anywhere else due to lockdown. I cannot get in touch with the company. there should be an automatic extension on these vouchers although personally i believe all voucher schemes should be banned. cash is a universal voucher i don't see the purpose of this apart from taking money and giving nothing in return. (vey angry)”

“I was awarded vouchers through work and decided to spend them at Go Ape. After trying numerous times the website kept declining my evouchers. I first contacted Leisure Vouchers on the 13th June and received an automated reply saying they would be in contact within 1-2 working days. One week later I contacted again and did get a reply. Unfortunately the problem was not resolved. I am still trying to get a reply from them three weeks later! They are ignoring my emails and yes, unable to contact them by phone due to Covid. This company's customer service is non existent and they treat their customers disgustingly! Do NOT buy these vouchers!”

“Restaurants reject these despite the website saying they will accept them. If booking premier inn you need to make a flex booking (normally 50% more in price). I've asked for a refund but it's an absolute no.”

“i agree with everyone else. what a crock of sh1t. phoned, "we are not manning the phones due to covid, use live chat" (non existent) i will revert to email. halfords won't take paper ones due to forgeries. and everywhere else is shut. they're supposed to exchange them but no info, i also believe they charge you too. sorry just ranting now. total waste of money do not buy!!!!!!!”

“If I could award Zero stars that would be generous! Can not spend in the places advertised. I have the paper vouchers which was bought for me to spend at Halfords but I found out these are not accepted here. If you use them at other eligible places they can't be used in conjunction with other offers so it works out cheaper if you don't use them. A complete waste of money! Don't Buy!”

“I got £500 from work after winning an aware they advertise you can spend them in stores like Halford but I found this not to be the case which is rather embarrassing, to be honest actually scared to try anywhere and a lot of the place you can sue I have no intrest in what so ever else have written email to my company to see if they can get a refund, PS due to COVID their phone lines closed and email response 5 to 7 days”

“I am very disappointed that with Premier Inn you have to book the higher rate for rooms if you have vouchers.This. Outdoor mean you paying upto a extra £25, which means the customer loses out ? Think premier inn need to do something about this so us customers don’t lose. I will not be using these at Premier inn, as over 4 nights I’m paying a extra £50/£60, which I feel is totally wrong.”

“Had to wait the full 10 days for delivery and could not get through at all by telephone despite holding for at least 5 minutes on each attempt, at various times over several days. I just wanted to check the vouchers would arrive in time for the event they were purchased for. Even the email address says it takes up to 72 hours to respond... Still waiting and we can't be far off this time now. Eventually on the 10th day after purchase, 1 gift card arrived for the whole amount, not 2 separate cards which I ordered and were listed on my confirmation! Absolutely hopeless. I won't be purchasing leisure vouchers or cards again, which is a shame as they are a great idea.. Just terrible customer (dis) service”

“They emphatically did NOT 'make me happy'. The website is appalling and I waited 17 minutes (before abandoning the transaction) for someone to answer the phone when the website crashed. I had none of the help promised - in fact I simply could not communicate with the company at all. The experience of trying to buy a voucher was truly dreadful.”
