I ordered an awning from this Company in May 2021. Paid in full. I'm still waiting for it despite the promise of a delivery within a week. They will not take telephone enquiries, they do not respond to emails in a timely manner. I have emailed them three times this week and no response. I will never do business with them again, they are hopeless.

Ordered 2 chairs, only 1 arrived still awaiting refund I fone and fone however you get someone telling you it will go into your account.Still waiting.I even phoned after DHL delivered 1 chair.So they knew about it.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY,

I wish I had looked into this company and read reviews before ordering. I only ordered from them as they were the only people showing they had stock of a bbq, they didn’t have stock. 3-5 day delivery is based on when they get their deliveries, item ‘in stock’ does not mean they have stock but can dispatch within 3-5 days when they get stock in??? WHAT utter nonsense! Item arrives and is damaged, the box is in perfect condition and the damage can only have happened prior to it getting in the box. Sent photos. Was sent a copy of their returns policy which clearly shows they should be collecting and replacing the item but are making me wait until they contact the manufacturer? No idea why. Looks to be a delay tactic. I will be lucky if I get it sorted in time to cook the Christmas turkey on it. This is a booming sector so this company will stay in business until their poor service becomes more well known, I sure wish I’d known before I ordered as would save myself the wasted time and would have had bbq weeks ago

I would give five stars for polite conversations on the phone but dissapointed with the whole unacceptable experience. Ordered more than five weeks ago, website and invoice promises delivery in 3-5 days. No delivery, no communication whatsoever. Every time I call, am told they will send me an email update or a supervisor will call me back nothing at all....

Pleas don’t buy from these people. We ordered a camp bed. It was faulty and we returned it - 2 weeks! It took to sort with them! That whole process was a nightmare. They then tried to return an awning! Utter joke! Their staff are a joke, they don’t know what they are doing and are poorly trained. Save yourself the stress.

Checking on negative reviews here I can see it's always the same issue with this "company ". Their phone is always engaged so after attempting 7 times a recording put me on hold for nearly an hour, it turns out they never sent the product which I ordered more than a week ago despite they claim 3 to 5 days delivery (also they don't reply emails). The person over the phone said that MAYBE it will be send by end end of next month so I requested a refund and the person on the phone kept insisting in keeping me waiting for the delivery I insisted back that I wanted my refund which in response he said with bad tone "OK!, your transaction will be refunded next week!" I asked are you going to issue the refund today? Will I get a notification of refund? he said yes but obviously it was a lie they will process it whenever they want. So basically they sell stuff they don't have in stock, costumer service is non existent and good luck with refunds. If you check negative reviews it's the same issue all the time this people are not going to change their business style.

Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered two camping chairs on 23 February 2021 and they still have not arrived over 3 months later. No reasons given, no offer of a different product, zero customer service, phone line permanently engaged, sporadic response to emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY and use your local Mountain Warehouse instead!

Purchased an awning from them in 2019, after being returned back to them twice, still have not received one without a fault, going back for a third time!.......Customer service response time is shocking!....Can take 2-3days to get through to them on the phone!.....Wish we'd looked into reviews before purchase!

I placed an order for a camping table 12 days ago, full payment was taken. Delivery was expected in 3 to 5 working days. My order has not arrived, my e-mail enquiry has not been answered, the phone number does not work, the order information on my account on Leisure Outlet website does not show any update or information........ AVOID THIS COMPANY

Another website based retailer who doesn't hold stock and miss represents it on line. Ordered a quickfit tent which the website said was in stock - delivery 3-5 days 10 days later no delivery, phoned was told lies about when it would be delivered - there was none in the country according to a wholesaler - they were still saying it was in stock and delivery would be another 10 days. You cannot believe anything they say. I demanded a refund, an email to say it had been made on the the same day, guess what it hadn't, another email 2 days later to say it had been made and arrived in my bank another three days later. So if you want to lend them £700 for three weeks and get nothing in return carry on and use them - I wont touch them in the future with an extra long barge pole, and have reported them to the advertising standards authority. Incidentally I have now got my tent from Hill View Awnings excellent service and are honest about stock, and great people to deal with, they will be getting my money in future.

I ordered a yeti 500x uk version as it said on there website. they sent me the european version. I phoned and they said they should of called. I also ordered a car charger that still hasn't arrived. they said I would receive it within a couple of days. so I tried to call again they don't answer the phone so I am forced to raise a problem with paypal and leave this review to warn others not to use this shady company.

Very poor customer care, ordered some leg rests for seats and was advised 2 to 4 working days, on the 4th day I contacted them to find out where my order was and was informed that there was a stock location error identified in the warehouse. Try contacting the customer. Extremely bad customer care on their part.

Soooo - Worst customer service award goes to ... Leisure Outlet. I ordered a Tailgate awning on 15th Feb .. In Stock said the website .. not "due in", not "pre-order" not "coming soon" ... IN STOCK ... money paid. 10 days later - email saying it was delayed. I replied and was promised delivery the following week, and then when chased promised 16th March. That came and went, chased again .. "stuck in customs", next day "cleared customers - will deliver next week". Chased again - sorry not here will be mid May. Was offered alternatives - one for a high top VW and one that is effectively a sun shade. Email then said end April delivery, then another said its back to Mid May. Emails not replied to, phone calls not answered, calls not returned. Said I cant speak to Manager as off sick, cant speak to Director as "he doesn't deal with customers". So I found 2 alternatives, they are actually sold by Leisure Outlet and are both in stock and are both small awnings. No idea why they were not offered. I had great pleasure in checking they had both in stock .. and then telling them I had bought elsewhere and asked for my refund. I will certainly never use them again and never recommend them. Shocking service, clearly no process to cope when things go wrong and a Director who not only is letting his customers down, but is also letting his employees down as well.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend Leisure Outlets, what I can recommend is NOT to shop there! Please learn from my experience. If you have a faulty item you will NOT get your money back. The company will do everything in its power to stall and then stop responding to emails or phone call enquiries. Just avoid this store full stop and shop at a trusted retailer. My purchase from leisure outlets has been the worst shopping experience in my life and now left me significantly out of pocket for a unusable tent.

BE WARNED do not shop with this outfit.PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS,take heed and spend your money elswhere.When they supplied me with a wrongly described item I found that customer service and making refunds is not a priority with these bandits,and regret not reading these very poor reviews beforehand.AVOID.

Dreadful customer service. First order was delivered in a damaged package because of inadequate packaging. On my other order I was told weeks after waiting for that there was no stock at their supplier and no estimated date for delivery. Hard to get anyone on the phone. I would be reluctant to use them again.

The site advertised items were on 3 to 5 days delivery. I placed the order and paid. The items were not delivered within the time frame. You telephone and there is a massive waiting time. You email and you are allocated a case number. There is no quick method of speaking to these people. They do eventually respond to your case, and they did a part delivery. When I requested a refund I was told I had to go in the refund queue and it could be up to 21 days until I receive my money back. Dire customer service. They shouldn't take the money unless the goods are available to be delivered; the money was taken instantly, and yet can take 3 weeks to refund.

If you want to wait for months on end for a delivery only to be told the items are not in stock can’t be supplied, then refused a refund for another 30 days this is the company for you. If however you have a shred of common sense, run a mile and keep hold of your hard earned.

Website states free 24hr delivery, then as apparently Inverness is not part of mainland uk a delivery surcharge is added and the website states 3 - 5 days delivery, invoice then says 5-7 days delivery. 14 days later no delivery, no answer from the phone or email. I strongly recommend not using this company.
