I have never ever had such shocking customer service for such a big company 1 person dealing with deposits is not sufficcent . I have called every day for 3 weeks even though my tennancy ended 20 Aug and been told every day the balance would be made available the next day . This is not the case no one takes my calls or calls or even emails back . I have now lost the window to put a deposit on another property I have planned moving to and I still have not got a reply or ANY HELP whatsoever form the Deposits department at lenwells I am disgusted with the service and will never use them again.

I asked for no phone calls at this stage. I was called instantly by your office saying you have to call me . No other agent has done that. When I repeated this to caller was rudely told well we've got nothing for you anyway. Not very good PR . Please delete me from your system. . Vicki Starbuck

HI Vicki I am sorry you was not happy with the service you received from Pat, its highly unusual for anyone to receive a call in that manner. It will be looked into. All the best with your search for a property.

Dishonest treatment. Regular income just different sources of money... Racial treatment. Brainless customer services

My wife book appointment in Northampton branch to see a house. Nobody call back to confirm. When my wife was in front of house she call agency and a women said she had wrong number - she can call on same phone because was same number. She said in 30 minutes will come someone to show house and just drop call. After 30 minutes has come someone else but she had wrong keys and said sorry and left without any solution. My wife was with one women and 3 kids (2 x 1 year and one 5 years) and spend money on taxi and one hour and half just to see back of agent and to see how rude can be people????

Hi Thank you for your feed back following your wife's recent experience with our team in Northampton. We have spoken to Tatjana, the branch manager and she has explained their side of situation that took place. Unfortunately the phone number was taken down wrong and the email address was incorrect so they were unable to confirm the appointment. Also unfortunately due to reasons beyond our control they were unable to get into the property when they arrived and we can only apologise for that. Jolanta did explain this to your wife at the time and explained once we can gain entry she would be in contact. Your wife was happy with this at the time.

Initially very happy with the service and the colleagues but support from head office has been awful. Dealt with Tamara who I found to be rude and uncaring. I would suggest that Lenwell’s need a full review of their customer service policies and I would invite Rob Wellstead to review the email exchanges and phone conversations to see if he would be happy paying for that level of support and service?

Charged me £160 for cleaning but TDS only awarded them £50, wanted another £22.50 because apparently I gave keys in 2 hours late, but I proved otherwise. They did scam £80 extra. KEEP SWAY FROM THESE AGENTS. Especially MALIK AND TAMARA.

No updates on my booking what so ever. Agent said 3PM on tuestday. I came to the location exactly on time and been waiting for 30 minutes. After calling the agency another agent picked up. Jordan. Who said that it hasn't been confirmed. Wasted time and money to get there.

The lady called I asked her to email me as unfortunately I was at work it seemed a big issue when I asked and she never emailed me. Extremely poor service

Very rude. Will lie about the flat saying it's been painted when it actually isn't. Charge extortionate fees. Stay away from them.

DO NOT USE LENWELL. They are very sly. Will take you for a ride, and forget about your deposit. Luton office is a joke. Full of childish kids.

##FRAUDSTERS They charge ridiculous fees, also charge £99 when you move out. Dont fix issues with the property then blame you for things that where already there. They take money out of your deposit. Very rude over the phone and emails. Beware of TAMARA, MALIK & HOLLY ##FRAUDSTERS

Good afternoon Mr Aziz, As your landlords agent we have conducted your move out. Having then sent a report to both yourself and the landlord the landlord has chosen to make deductions. If you disagree you are given an opportunity to dispute any deductions. The dispute is then resolved by an independent arbitrator the TDS. But of course you already know this having raised a dispute and certainly that it is unwarranted to call Lenwell or any of its employees Fraudsters. The Landlord will abide by the decision from the TDS. With regards to the check out fee it was in your terms and tenancy agreement.

Not happy, went all the way and 5 mins away get a call telling me the tennants forgot, sorry but why was this not confirmed before and not when l was 5 mins away. Waste of my fuel and time

Arranged a viewing for 5:30 with one of the team members. Turned up and was waiting for 30 minutes. Called office and noone would answer. In the end ended up calling luton branch who said they dont have any contact details for any of bedford lenwell team members and that each branch keeps them self to them selves. Travelled 45 minutes to see a property which I didnt even end up seeing. Shocked, appaled, disaster.
