The battery for my NCM e bike failed at 9 months I am now at 13 months and still waiting for the replacement under the warranty. The back up and customer service from NCM in Australia is woeful.

Battery lock not enough strong to hold a more powered battery .It is made of V cheapest plastic and no any security.I have broken my battery holder and lock many times because only of small pits on road . I don’t wanna to give 1 star I want a -1 star to NCM bike battery holder n locks . These bikes are expensive but this disadvantage made them all cheaper. I don’t know company making a good bike but why don’t caring about this feature

I purchased a bike with the expectation of quality and support, but instead faced serious safety issues that Leon Cycles has failed to resolve effectively. Upon arrival, the bike had clear faults—a misaligned rear mudguard and a cable dangerously close to the tyre, both of which posed real safety risks. I immediately reported these issues, expecting Leon Cycles to prioritize customer safety. Instead, I encountered repeated delays, minimal assistance, and an offer of a mere a tiny refund—an amount completely inadequate to address these serious defects. After weeks of back-and-forth, Leon Cycles finally suggested a replacement, yet assumed that I hadn’t been riding the bike due to safety concerns. This assumption was not only unprofessional but also inconsiderate, as I had already made it clear that this bike is my only transportation for commuting. Even now, I am waiting on a viable solution, either a proper replacement or a refund that covers the necessary repairs. Leon Cycles has demonstrated a lack of urgency, accountability, and professionalism in handling a simple yet critical issue. The disregard for customer safety and satisfaction is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend them until they make serious improvements in both product quality and customer support.

Need to change couriers, Aramex are an absolute joke. I would like to keep buying from leon cycle, but I won't be due to your courier Aramex. Twice know from leon cycle I have been stuffed around with Aramex.

The service by Shane at Leon was excellent - but the delivery by Aramex was terrible. The 100 gram parcel took over 2 weeks to get from Melbourne to Perth, and then they did not deliver the parcel to the address provided. I had to go about 3 km to pick up the parcel from a pharmacy is another suburb.

I assembled the bike and the motor would not work, took it to e move bikes Noosa and wad told the torque sensor was faulty.

Bought 3 e-bikes from Leon cycles 10 months ago. The battery has stopped working on one of them. Leon cycles will not honour the warranty. The retailer blames the manufacturer and the manufacturer blames the retailer. I had to fork out $600 on a new battery.

I have no idea where my bike is and neither do you. One lot of information found on a tracking number shows an estimated delivery date 18/1 another message says 24/1. It has not arrived and the tracking document shows it has not left Melbourne. Neither you or your transporter currently have any idea where it is. This experience is a very good example of the inherent pitfalls in dealing over the internet as opposed to dealing locally. I am not in a huge hurry to get the bike but I would like to know where it is and if I am going to receive a bike. There has been a number of scam emails received by myself regarding the transport which I have not responded to. With these scam emails and the bike missing in action it is hard to write a good review. I have plenty more to say but at this stage trust that you will find it quickly so that my order can be fulfilled. I live in a rural area and have requested delivery to my daughters place. Aimee Young is my daughter. I am the purchaser. You have sent this to her on my email number ? I would like to revise this Survey if and when I receive the item and would ask you to take some swift action to reinstate my confidence and let me know where the bike is. I have submitted this report as Aimee as this is who it is addressed to but it should come from myself as the purchaser

No communication at all! Take payment straight away order not shown as dispatched! Can not get hold of them on the phone or they do not reply to emails!!!

I ordered the Moscow Plus also the carrier and headlight The bike and carrier arrived but no headlight or screws to attach the carrier or headlight to the bike. Filled out dispute/resolution form. After 3 days and no reply phoned no on website. Was told dispute/resolutions handled in Australia but a message would be passed on. After no contact rang again after 3 days with no result. Waited 3 days. Went to ring and found contact no on website changed Had old phone no so rang and was told the person no longer worked for Leon Cycles. New phone was in Australia Rang several times but could only get automated message. After all this frustration in trying to get resolution to a simple problem I can not recommend dealing with this company to anyone. The quality and value for money of the product is not in dispute but it is ruined by abysmal customer service.

NCM Milano owner, 7 months old, 800km. I have now had 7 spokes break in the rear wheel. The changes the mechanic has made/ suggested have ranged from lowering tire pressure, not using panniers, not using top 2 assist settings and the final straw was when I was asked to change the roads I use to commute to work. It's a shame as apart from the spoke issue, I really enjoy the bike but I am now bringing the bike back to get fixed every 2 weeks and being charged for it. That is not sustainable so I am going to sell the bike, lose about $800 on the resale and buy something better quality. I cannot recommend this bike and I won't be dealing with Leon again. This opinion will be expressed to every other human I meet that is interested in ebikes. Buy quality first time, not worth cutting corners.
