They charge a 50 percent restocking fee, even if the box is unopened. Unbelievable. Terrible customer service. The girls at the Service Desk are not able to serve, and can only quote company policy.

I have purchased a bedroom furniture set that all pieces were delivered damaged. I asked them to inspect the replacement pieces before they are delivered but they have on 2 different days delivered damaged furniture. I have made myself available 3 times now, 3 different days and still have all pieces damaged. I would never recommend using Leon's. If I could I would give them a 0 rating.

Absolute IDIOTS They don’t even know their own products. Purchased a Sofa from Leon’s. Salesman suggested getting the extra insurance coverage that included getting the “fabric protection”. OK sofa was delivered and a third party company was to come and apply the chemical to protect the sofa from stains and such. I waited and waited nothing I contacted Leon’s to find out info NOTHING. I went into the store and questioned there sales manager he explained the company that did that sort of work was delayed. Again I waited , finally I was contacted and was informed that the sofa could NOT BE TREATED due to the type of fabric used would in fact react to the chemical and be destroyed. NO ONE AT LEONS KNEW ABOUT THIS FACT. WOW AMAZING that they didn’t even know about what they are selling. VERY POOR SERVICE AND THEY HAVE LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER NOT THAT THEY CARE. SHAME

Worst service ever, received a wobbly sofa and was asked to bring in the legs so they can give me new legs. Brought the new legs home and tried them on the sofa they were still wobbly. So I asked for a whole new sofa and they just brought it and did not assemble it for me or even take the plastic with them. Worst place ever to purchase furniture!!!

Refund was a nightmare. Cancelled order before delivery and still they have not processed my $ return, 12 days later. Was told "we have other priorities". Be very cautious and get everything in writing. And follow up.

Bad customer service. Received a broken oven after waiting 6 weeks and told I will need to wait another 2 months to receive a new one.

I purchased a 82” tv three years ago it broke down so I called Leon’s as I got the extended warranty. They helped me out gave me phone number of warranty company,so I called them. It took a bit then they sent a credit to Leon’s for the total amount I paid for it. I then ordered a 85” th with full array what a picture. This is the best tv I have ever had,I really like Sony Bravia TVs this is my fifth,one. The salesman Rob C was amazing he answered all my questions about 85 “ tv showed me the full array option,and explained all about the tv to me. I have had 15 heart attacks and is hard for me to understand,but Rob knew his stuff and made me feel good. So many people say not to buy from Leon’s but I have for thirty years and am very happy with this company,they have done me no harm every transaction has been fantastic. I even spoke to the general manager great guy too. Sarnia has a great team of associates and they did not pressure me at all,they were helpful and pleasant. The other thing too I bought the warranty again for this tv now if you do not use the warranty you get store credit for the amount you paid for warranty,this is unbelievable, buy your stuff from Leon’s purchase warranty and you are fully covered. Thank you LEONS.

Washer had major dents. Asked to return it and now having to wait 2 weeks for a replacement from their warehouse which is 2 hrs drive (too far) from my house. Crappy customer service !!

Prices get jacked up right before a sale...online rep tried to tell me it was a 15% off promo price that I saw....too bad her math didn't work out on that. Went to a family owned furniture store and got a way better product at a way better price.

Horrible Customer service! They never give full details to the customers. We bought leather couches and we have some issues and they are saying we have to pay for it even though we have paid for the warranty!!!

Leons sells low quality furniture at high prices. Sofa, loveseat and Recliner chair cost me $3500 and after a few months, back support went so soft both my wife and I couldn’t sit on them for more than 15 minutes without getting backpain. Of course.. that was our problem.. not the couches… funny sitting in the higher quality set downstairs (not leons) for 3 hours feels perfectly fine.

I went in for support as I thought something was missing from my item and was met with compassion, patience and support from Pauline at the desk. She went above and beyond to support me even when I was WRONG. Thank you Pauline, your kindness did not go unnoticed.

I had a terrible customer experience recently with vaughan store. I purchased a sectional sofa and opted for extended protection from Zacura. They assured me that stains could be removed with a wet napkin, but when my sofa got stained, I couldn't remove it. After six months of communication, they sent an unprofessional technician with a heavy-duty machine. Unfortunately, during the cleaning process, he tore the fabric. I raised my concerns with the store, speaking to the store manager and sales manager (I can provide their names if needed), but they seemed more interested in responding than understanding. Despite the visible damage, they were unwilling to acknowledge the issue and insisted that we provide proof. In an attempt to resolve the matter, I met with the store director who promised to investigate and get back to me, but two weeks passed without any communication. It's disappointing to see that the culture at LEONS has changed, and they no longer prioritize customer respect.

Took six months to receive sectional. After one week of it being delivered I called service because frame was lopsided. Three months later they came and took HALF of my couch. Returned it within a week saying nothing was wrong with it...although the delivery men agreed there the frame was slanted. Was told that they would replace half the couch BUT there were no other couches on the planet and they would have to make me one. After six months I called again....they were making the couch BUT there was no more of that material on the planet. One part of the couch was replaced two years later. Of course due to time passing ....the new side was fluffier and brighter in colour than the other side of the sectional. Called, complained, and the service lady said all she could do was come over personally ans restuff my pillows. I said yes please do. She said she would call when her schedule freed up. Never hear from her again and my calls were not returned. Sectional bought in Brockville, service out of kingaton. Brockville store I have no complaints. Kingston service horrid. Absolutely horrid.

It is the worst after sale care ever. The furniture " tech" is a joke they trick you into signing a release of some sort when they tell you they are issuing a complaint. Was a customer for more than 30 years and not one more dime will be spent in that store . They will not care about you after the sale so buyer beware..
