We purchased a sectional from Leon's and upon delivery we contacted them about the creases and defects. Leon's sent a technician out who said we would have to go in to talk to Leon's customerservice. Not sure why as spent time writing what he saw. I sent pictures about the defected piece and the response was it is manufacturer built.. one end piece is different to the other, it ia quite visible. Leon's would not change the piece out. We feel we got shafted and might not have Leon's as a first thought for purchases as they did not fix the issue we have with the furniture piece.

I had bought a lazy boy recliner from them with a 5 year warranty and it broke we called them and still waiting for Leon to honor their warranty. Been 1month since we called and if this is how they handle their costumes I recommend never buying from them again I know I'm thinking that way now

Bought 3 items which were delivered on time but delivery men said they are only delivering and nothing else. I notified the store who had the same delivery men return to completed what needed to be done. I specifically ordered Gray Head & Foot board only for a different color to arrive. Salesman claimed because I enquired about the color that arrived, he thought that's what I wanted..NO.. Now I am being told for me to get the Gray I will need to pay $100... I don't think I should be penalized because it's not my fault! I am Aldo being told the Gray is out of stock until late December or early January, which is unacceptable! Have been a customer of Leon's close to 30 years and this is the first have experienced an issue like this...Thanks

Bought a washer, dryer and brutal tempurpedic mattress, not cheap. Not much information/knowledge on washer and dryer from salesperson. Really hate them both! Energy efficient…it takes much longer, especially if you have to wash your load twice. Hardly enough water. The dryer buzzer could wake the dead. (Yes, I know YouTube could tell me how to do it, but I’m not able to push around appliances and I’m not that mechanically inclined. Reviews on them aren’t great, but we’re trying to accept the blame for choosing something we didn’t know much about. Now the mattress has a 200 night return policy (it hasn’t been that yet) but they don’t tell you it’s not a refund til after you pay for it. Yes, you get in store credit, but it has to be for a mattress. If the mattress is less than you paid, they keep the difference. And as an added punishment, you have to pay for pick up/delivery. Once they’ve gotten their money, they honestly are done. I so regret giving them my business.

Had sofa & loveseat delivered and the delivery people just dropper it off & left without unpacking or installing the legs which I did & was a pain to do as needed equipment. When I complained, Leons person told me the delivery people wer supposed to unwrap, remove the wrappings & install the legs and it was not the first time these deliver people had done this and they would be talked to. The least they should have done was offer me a credit for future purchases for the trouble of doing the installation for them.

Strictly reviewing for the location on Cross Iron in Airdrie Alberta. I have had such a poor experience with this store, items delivered damaged, missing/unusable parts (simply a bolt for side table purchased in March) it has taken me almost 3 months to get a replacement and only because I stopped in and they took one from a store display. No concern here for customer satisfaction.

I have already posted two unhappy reviews about bedroom furniture bought April 19/24 and so I will not repeat myself. Final completion of order took place June 6/24. To my dismay the delivery men would not unpack the furniture stating that it was not policy to do so. Was that because it contained 2 night stands and a mirror? Had they been delivered at the same time as my 5 drawer chest and 10 drawer chest they would have unpacked them. Not only did we have to do it ourselves we had to bundle up everything for recycling which took over 3 hours. Because of my second review someone called me and said that the mirror should have been installed on one of the chests and told me that my complaint would be forwarded to a manager. That same day someone else called and said that there would be an “investigation”. A week later and no one has called me back. It’s not as if they are “investigating” a robbery/murder!

I like the couch that i purchased. It’s comfortable but it has a very stinky smell like a mouse’s feces. My son does not want to stay in the couch because he cannot tolerate the smell. I already checked and cleaned but the smell never go away. I purchased the couch 3 months ago, at first I thought the smell was because it was stocked in their storage for long period of time but the smell is so strong that until now we cannot stay longer in the couch because of that irritating smell. Please if you can suggest me a product to wash or clean the smell away.

Salesman Deepqk was great. I found a tv stand in scratch and dent department that I fell in love with. Damage was not terrible and was half the price of regular. I purchased it and came back 2 days later. Loader brought it out o load and he hadn’t even wrapped in a plastic and I had to ask for that. Then 1 person loaded. And made damage worse. I am a senior that had help to unload on the other end but was expecting warehouse to load it for me… I did spend the money. My money is just as good a as anyone paying full price. I’m very disappointed. Had my eye on bedroom furniture at full price, but will no longer be purchasing it. I will go elsewhere.

My daughter and son-in-law purchased three appliances totaling well over 3500. Had them 2 days and the gas range that cost over 1,400 decided to die on them. Leon's wouldn't help other than give us a phone number so we could call a service technician. Service technician has stated they can't come for three to five days away. I asked Leon's if they could just do a replacement or exchange for this as she never even had it 3 days but they can't do anything until a technician determines the issue with the range. Unfortunately I have to give a two star right now because she is making payments on this and not being able to use it which is unacceptable.

Worst service ever, received a wobbly sofa and was asked to bring in the legs so they can give me new legs. Brought the new legs home and tried them on the sofa they were still wobbly. So I asked for a whole new sofa and they just brought it and did not assemble it for me or even take the plastic with them. Worst place ever to purchase furniture!!!

If they have the item in stock, they deliver it ok. If they don't, you better cancel the order and take your money back. We ordered a couch and a loveseat on December 6th last year. The couch was in stock, but we found out after a few calls to ask the order status. They intended to deliver them both together when the loveseat would arrive from ... the moon. At our request they shipped the couch. It's now February and for the loveseat we are still waiting. At our last call their representative hung up. We will probably cancel the rest of the order.

We got a great deal at first. They made us pay about $300 for a warranty. The arms to our couch caved in a month in. They denied our request for warranty. Would not recommend. Judging by the reviews I’m now reading it’s not just a one off thing. This is how they seem to do business.

Leons cheating people when they sell you insurance. After we bought it and we got 5 years insurance for it, we got problem with the item within few months. When we called them and they told us there is another company will take care of your furniture which is named Zucora. We said to Leons, but we bough it from you we know not another company. We provided pictures and videos how the furniture is broken. However, the Zucora company after sending two guys withing two years they said sorry your insurance is not covering this kind of broken while we have at the papers that insurance is full cover. Today after three years they agreed to fix only one thing while we have five thing that got really problem. So, never buy anything from Leons or never buy insurance because this is called cheating customers.

Bought a Samsung gas stove June of 2018 and now that the warranty is over, you can smell gas coming from the stove! Phoned to see if anything can be done, but no!

I went to Niagara store to look at bed frames , immediately Alan came over to me although I was headed to another salesman , he then pointed to the bed frames and went away to do something else , came back , and got a phone call So he left me twice Not acceptable Alan I did not buy anything as I had a better price at Sleep Country which he said was hard to believe and to check it out

We ordered a bed online from leons it got pushed back in March we bought a bed from the store we couldn't put the bed together as there were problems we were suppose to get someone in Noone showed up or phoned after demanding some results we were allowed to return it I got told a morning pick up but they came in the afternoon after staying home the morning I phoned for how much the refund would be the next day I get a phone call on how we would get for a refund never shopping there again this was our third item we got there the other was fine

Extended warranty sucks, Never again will I spend the money on an extended warranty. Our dining table is glass and a chrome base. The base is attached to the glass by round discs glued to the glass, well one let go and when we contacted Leon’s we were told it was covered under our extended warranty. After days sending pictures of the issue we were finally told our warranty did not cover the table issue, only because they could not figure out how to fix the problem I believe. We buy extended warranties to cover unexpected failures or other issues that might happen not to be told you don’t have coverage for that issue. This is my second issue with extended warranties and both were a bust by Leon’s and their other company. Wasted money and a lot of headaches dealing with this company. They don’t care as long as they can take your money. We went weeks without a table to eat at since it is our only one. Finally after all the bs givin us I decided to try fixing myself. Went out an bought Gorilla Glue for glass and metal, prepared the glass a directed, sanded the disc flat, applied thin layer of glue and put where needed with weight on it. Let set for a week the put back together and it is holding just great, disc is a little different looking due to sanding but with a placemat over it you don’t notice. Overall never again will I buy into an extended warranty.

I bought sofa from leons about 4 months again. The quality was not good. I asked for return but they gave me hard time to return a defective sofa. In the end they agreed to rerun the 3 love seats. I ordered another one but the Delivery date give to me was two months later, which I agreed to as I had no choice. When the delivery date came close they called me to advise that the delivery date has been pushed for another month and a half. I went for Leona at Vega Blvd, Mississauga and the sales agent Raj took me the customer service manager Simrin, who advised me that they can not do much except that they can compensate me with 200$ discount on an almost 4500 sofa set invoice. I asked them to call the site manager, who did not bother to even come out of his office, and who was apparently more busy with playing games on his cell phone than try and resolve customer issue. His arrogance was such that he reprimanded Simran that why did she even offer a 200$ discount to me. I saw him playing and wasting time on his phone all along while I was dealing with Simran and Raj for resolving my sofa huge delivery delay issue. In the end it’s very bad customer service with the worst store manager, refusing to get off his seat and helping customer out.😡😡😡😡
