If you want people to engage with your market research then you should sufficiently incentivize them like competing companies companies in your sector.

with lexham for just over a month, they failed to take the second payment then proceeded to cancel my insurance. they claim to have emailed me and tried calling "many times" i have proof that this infact did not happen. i verified they had my correct details. my first clue was a signed for letter (which in their defense i was away for and my housemate signed for it and i was not able to read it for a week)i phoned them but they cancelled it, and the lady i spoke to was very rude. "we sent you emails and letters and tried calling but you clearly ignored us" i decided to try another policy with them online which was accepted but then i had a voicemail (the first) saying "hi this is lexham.... if your actually going to call us back our number is....." how rude!!! attempted to charge me a cancellation fee for the previous policy. i am refusing this on the grounds that i have proof they are in the wrong, but are now requiring either full payment of the current policy or a guarantor. i am now waiting for a call back from a manger. i might also mention that i had to call 3 times as twice i was put on hold then cut off. i will update with how they finally deal with this situation but for now i am extremely unimpressed with both how some members of staff are rude and with the fact that i was riding a full day uninsured and unaware of it. yes i did also check spam folders. last email recieved was my digital signature. my itemised bill shows no calls from them and my bank notifies me (and charges me) if money was attempted to be taken but failed, i have had nothing from my bank. i am fully prepared to take this as far as lexham want to take this, but i am also fully prepared to accept an apology, a refund of the extra for starting a new policy, and my current cancelation fee wavered. a goodwill gesture for the fact i was uninsured for a day unaware and a further half day while having to sort out insurance again would be nice but unlikely. watch this space for (almost) live updates

Purchased insurance online, all fine. Had a phone call to say there was a problem with their system and an additional £90 was needed although I did everything correctly my end and it allowed me to buy the policy, I couldn't even cancel or my deposit was lost. Not impressed

Please do not use this company! Despite me never indicating that I was open to an auto-renew policy, they've gone and done it anyway and are now charging me over £100 pounds in cancellation fees!

I wait for my recover 2:30 hours they said that they have my address and then they have another address so it is not the service that I expect from this company. I am with this insurance since 2013 I never call for recover and when I call make me wait 2:30 minute. I am so disappointed with it.

Lexham Insurance is trying to pull every penny from your pocket. I asked them to modify a letter from the registration number of my motorbike and they charged me with £35. And its all premeditated from the beginning, so be careful with them.

I waited for a recovery vehicle to collect the bike the first call out didn't arrive until an hour and a half I was standing near the bike I told the lady on the phone my battery on my phone will run out so please come right outside no one came I later got a call saying the vehicle came but didn't see you so it went when I was clearly standing outside I then was told that another recovery truck will come in an hour so I waited left my phone on charge for 30min in the police station I received a call saying the driver is 10miles away stuck in traffic they told me he will be 50min then 15minutes later I received another call saying the driver is stuck in traffic he will be 30minutes so I waited 2hours for the second call out, in total I waited 3hours and 30minute for someone to pick me up. I didn't have any money to eat or drink, I felt very disappointed and furious with the service I pay for and not only that it took 35 minutes to take me back to my address from Edmonton police station where I waiting so clearly the amount I waited for was well over the amount it should of taken. It has made me think twice about staying with lexham because of the this if I don't receive compensation and reassurance from lexham I will leave because I am still within my 14 days cancellation.

After constantly phoning I still haven't received my email showing the details of my insurance, there for I haven't been about to pass it on so I can get my bike. I have asked on several occasions for one or to send it to Honda and gave an email address, still absolutely nothing. You have taken money out of my account to insure me on a bike I dont have because you cant send an email!

£0 refund on my insurance after selling my bike after only 7 months and making no claim. Disgusting - no policy documents sent out either, not even a certificate of insurance, just a letter saying thanks. Feels like theft and will be treated as such.

Very disappointing insurance! You should change your rule about having a second rider on a bike, I can't believe the minimum age for the second rider is 30 years old ! Disappointing and expensive !

Sadly this company frives on taking advantage of the poor & needy so I've got nothing good to say because I have nothing to really respect Lexham for. Plus i now wish I had made a smarter chioce in whom I insure With.

Had to make a slight change 50 mins after purchasing the insurance was then charged £33, £8 increase in the policy and a ridiculous £25 'admin fee'. I will not be referring them to anybody and will not be newing my policy after being insured with lexham for the last 2 years, lexham should reward loyalty not charge for it.

Not impressed with recent service. I was offered a quotation for my motor- bike which I accepted and all the relevant documents arrived. However, I received a letter later advising me that the insurance was invalid. I quote 'we have now been advised that this insurance is no longer required'. As a result I had to re- negotiate a new policy with the company I had just left. Who advised you, by the way? D,H.Wilson.

Wildly expensive. Horrendous and aggressive communication style. Overall, they are just absolutely shocking. Will not be renewing and I would definitely not recommend to anyone.

I was sent an aggressive letter from Lexham requesting evidence of no claims. I did not know at the time of contract that this was a requirement. It appears on the face of it that you were quick to take payment and slow to take details. If I was asked for this evidence then it was buried in the small print. I called Lexham and supplied the details and hope it is now resolved. Your methods appear questionable and possibly unprofessional.
