I have purchased an LG refrigerator two years ago. A few days before Christmas, the fridge started making some noise. Similar to a fan scratching a surface. I found in the LG app that there is a CF error. Which means Cooling Fan error. I opened a ticket with LG support, and they said a service partner will pick up the ticket and contact me to schedule a visit. I waited more than 24 hours and nothing. I contacted LG chat again, and they said they will put a message in the system to the service partner. Still nothing. Christmas day and the fan completely stopped working. The refrigerator stopped working the ice and water dispenser. That was a terrible day to happen this, as I have many friends to come to my house on the Christmas Eve. Next day after Christmas I call again the service partner and they answered the phone. I explained the situation and asked if they have the new fan available to replace. They said yes. A few hours later, the service partner texted me and said they put an order for the fan and the part wasn't available. It was on back order. I got terrified. How could a company like LG don't have a fan available for replacement? I immediately contacted LG chat and said. Cancel this ticket. I will find someone else who could solve my problem faster. The company let me hang dry with something so important like a refrigerator. I got food wasted because the freezer lowered the temp to keep running in a "low-mode". I couldn't get water or ice from the dispenser because it turned off due to the safety mode. The fridge started working much warmer because the fan completely stopped working. My advice is: If you can avoid buying LG products, do it. It is not worth the nightmare if the product breaks, and they don't provide you the support. Even with products like a refrigerator, where you and your family rely on.

NEVER buy refrigerator Model number LSXS26326S unless you want to clean the front of the refrigerator everyday and then it still doesn't look clean. I have spent a fortune on products to try to clean the front. Nothing works! I wish I had NEVER purchased this product!!!

Worst products ever and worst service ever I won't not say futher about this because my head is paining by taking this bloody brand name.I recommend that buy Haier or whirlpool products then LG. Never buy LG products

I purchased a Top Load Washer in 2023. There are multiple issues with my washer for 6th times and had tech guys to fix a few problems on my washer. On New Year eve I ran into another problem this time the softner wont let it drain into the washer. "fuming" If you want to purchase the extended warranty it will cost you $600.00 per year!!!!! For all customers who might want to buy any LG Electronics, DO NOT buy their products, it is not worth in a long run!!!!!!!

I have a problem with them, ask for a review. Incomplete response. Ask a superior to call me back and I had to do it impossible to transfer it all. Worst service ever

Very poor management of team and customer service support. Had to continually follow up when they will collect machine which did not transpired in the end causing me to make use of another dealer that gas been approved by LG. Very disappointed about service received

Customer Service is horrible. I called them like 10 time to see if I can help with my dryer ab washer combo they did same test back and forth and never helped me. Now I have to figure this out because the dryer is not drying properly only dries in the bedding cycle and takes like almost 3 hours to dry. I cleaned the vents 2 and still the same. LG won't give you any help at all. Washer and dryer are also dripping and they don't want to help either

Is there a way to leave 0 stars? I have called LG 7 times over a 24 DAY period without resolution. I cannot believe they remain in business with horrible service like this. No one resolves anything, no one knows anything. Maybe a class action lawsuit is what they need.

I would rate 0 stars if possible. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every step of the way, their customer service has been disgusting. I had to make 4 separate appointments and even when they finally sent a repair technician out, it was awful. The first 3 appointments were canceled due to an “incorrect serial number”. I verbally gave the serial number over the phone 3 times, sent a photo of it 5+ times, and verified 5+ times that they have received it and updated it. I was lied to about when the repair was, if they had the correct information, and much more. The customer service reps refused to let me speak with a manager. Only after yelling at the rep was I able to speak with a manager. I was told TWICE that they would have an LG executive call me so I could explain how difficult this has been and both times were complete lies. Scheduling was a nightmare, and appointments were cancelled same day. I have spent hours and hours waiting at my home after taking work off to accommodate their ridiculous 8am-5pm windows, and even more hours on the phone trying to schedule an appointment. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never purchase another LG product again and will highly advocate everyone I know or will know to avoid LG at all costs. If LG offered me free products for life I would decline. I wish I could do more to spread the word of how awful this experience has been. I would honestly rather crush my hand underneath any other brand of dryer than have to deal with LG’s disgusting customer service again. It is unbelievable how bad of an experience this was. If LG tried to make this experience worse, I’m not sure they would succeed. I despise LG with a passion and sincerely wish the worst for the company.

Avoid avoid avoid. Bought through LG.com and received only a dryer and no washer. I have been on the phone with customer service daily for 3 weeks and about ~5 hours of phone time and they cannot “cancel” my lost washer until the shipping company finds its. Not my problem. I finally disputed the charge for just the washer to the credit card company. Wish there was a way to file a claim against them directly since I am sure there are others in a similar boat as me. They should not be allowed to sell product.

if there is an option for zero I would like to rate zero for LG. I paid expediate delivery of stacking kit and there was no email and not updates from LG that they are going to deliver late. I scheduled a installation service from third party on 21st and LG was suppose to send stacking kit on 19th. When I enquired customer service told me different stories and then finally when I asked in yes and no answer she replies to me that she cannot answer and after insisting she is saying its send to agent call fedex and ask. Can you imagine no information and you are asked to call fedex, she didnt even had tracking number. When I asked her to connect to supervisor she told me to call again. I have to now pay 300$ to the person to install my washer and dryer just because LG was lazy to not to inform customer that they are running late. Very bad service altogether. I regret buying LG product. I will not recommend anyone to buy LG products.

Their voice assistant is horrible. Whoever thought that up should be let. It took me many hours to figure out how to eliminate it. It speaks so fast that deciphering what it said was a challenge. Their instructions to get rid of it are not very good. Using AI I was able to shut it off.

Garbage company with garbage customer service and garbage products! I have never in my life dealt with more pathetic customer service. They hang up, transfer, leave chats, ignore emails! What warranty??? I purchased a brand new dishwasher that did not work! This should have been an effortlessly return. Absolutely pathetic! I'll never purchase another LG product.

Refrigerator fail. Our unit is only 4 years old and has the hassle of getting serviced 3 times. Imagine being out of a working fridge and freezer for two weeks at a time. No sense of urgency to make up for having to fix for their lemons. Never buying LG again.

Have the order right from the beginning and hire good customer service people, not customer services that don’t know how to talk to customers and hang up the phone! This is the worst customer service experience I’ve had with home appliances! My items were supposed to be delivered the first week of December, as of right now I have only received one. When I first called to ask about the other two items I was told that everything was delivered when in fact it wasn’t. I’ve been on the phone with LG every week to get updates, and as of today there is no delivery schedule for the two items missing.

I can’t get past LG channels. The voice recognition system is a POS, as is the TV! I want to get Xfinity. No freaking way. Grrr! I don’t want LG channels! Before I bought, I checked for best 44” TV. Sadly, LG was rated better than Samsung. Man, am I ever stung with buyer’s remorse!
