I purchased a $3500.00 stainless Steel refrigerator and the compressor has gone out twice within 4 years. I’ve called and been on the phone for 3 hours one day trying to get my issue resolved. I’m on hold now again, it’s been 30 minutes so far. Their customer service is horrible. Long phone wait time. I believe they place you on hold so you can get tired and hang up. Worst refrigerator ever. I’ve reviewed this company after I purchased my refrigerator to find this is common. Compressors always go out. This is a bad company to buy products from. I will never purchase another LG product in life. Even if it’s on Sale, it’s not worth the stress and inconvenience this product has caused me. Don’t buy LG

Worst customer service ever. Purchased a tv with delivery date 6/6/2024. Finally cancelled on 6/11/2024 and again on 6/12/2024 and still no refund and it is 6/21. Customer service is in the Philippines and they read from a script and are of no help. Still waiting for a refund. I would never recommend a purchase directly from this company. The delivery people were much more helpful than LG. Buyer beware. Terrible terrible customer service.

Very very disappointed with repair service. My father did first complaint for repairing of refrigerator on 28th may 2024. We made so many calls on LG customer care but found no solution till now. It's just a case of gas refilling but lg is not providing its service.It was not expected from lg.

Service after sales is extremely poor.Team has no time to speak.They are telling that they have so many complain hence not able to reply.After purchase of side by side refrigerator problem observed within two days every time service engineer came and temporarily sold the problem. No response on replacement. No response of n number of mail. Think about other brand before purchase LG

Don’t buy LG . It is a kind of scam There Customer service are lost really, if they have excel file to use I guarantee things will be better than this. Not reliable products fixing takes months. I have a lot to say but feel lazy to write just do yourself a favour and don’t buy LG and be aware sales people pushing you to buy it like Harveynorma or good guys

LG is a worst company. On 24 April 2024 I raised a complain against my refrigerator but they are not solving my problem till yet . N there service Partners visit more than 6 times and always trying to make us fool and when we complain against them on customer care …customer care also not solving my problem n always used to give excuses.. fed up of complaining again n again. So I decide will not buy a single product from LG

Bought a new LG washer and dryer From the first wash the machine refused to spin properly. Called customer service and all we were told was to level the legs which we did many times After a year waiting for the warranty to expire and spending virtually every wash load hand ringing clothes we called the service on our Lowes extended warranty. First tech replaced the stabilizer bars Same problem. Then found another tech who said put every load on low spin. Same problem. Don't know what else to do. Every wash day is a anxiety provoking experience. Bottom line: DON'T BUY LG!

Paid for an expensive refrigerator and not a year later and compressor goes out. It is under warranty and three weeks later still no one has came out to fix it and they keep delaying repair time without notifying us. Would never recommend LG ever again.

Very worst commitment to the customers , I was raised the ticket on may 8th but still my tv issues not yet resolved, Everyday lg service team provide me wrong commitment. I am really not satisfied LG service still issues not yet resolved .

Extremely worst experience with LG. There was no proper response from the support team for repairs. My family and I are experiencing significant hardship due to their busy schedule, which has prevented them from fixing my refrigerator for over 25 days. I will not even give 1 star if I have the option to choose.

LG is a scam!! Bought a brand new ac stopped working in 3 weeks haha!! Called to get a refund and was told i needed to wait 5 business days to receive an email to set up refund payment that was gonna take 7-14 business days to get!!! It’s June in massachusetts i’m out 500$ and have no AC and have to wait for these people to send me MY money back it’s a scam

I spent $600 on a new TV and the customer experience I've had has been the worst I've ever experienced. I bought a TV and a mount through the promotion they had with Handy. The first time the handyman no-showed me. The second time they showed up and the installation was okay. When I turned on the TV after trying to get it set up the screen started flickering. I tried doing some online troubleshooting and turned it on again. Again the screen flickered. I took a video and sent it to support. 4 days, no response. I called support after that. After a long back and forth support said they could send a technician out or replace the TV. I explained I wanted this TV to work as quick as possible and they recommended the technician as they could come out as soon as a few days even though the technician may not be able to fix the problem. I agreed. The day came and went and the technician said they didn't have the part, so, I called support again to learn the parts are maybe on backorder and that I now no longer have the option to just replace the TV because the technician will check on it. This has been the worst customer experience ever. $600, 1 month, no working TV. I am now waiting for another person to see if they can replace the TV. I've attached the video again for reference. This is simply unacceptable

I purchased an LG refrigerator in October of 2022. The first known issue started in December of 2023. I called and started a claim. It is now June of 2024 and I have had no technician show up to my home to “confirm said issue” therefore I can’t get any movement on this claim. The real issue at hand is that every technician within a 350 mile radius has dropped any and all contracts with LG due to their low quality products and HORRIBLE customer service. It is honestly sad that any place of business even continues to sell LG products. I would never recommend any LG product to anyone! The amount of food that has had to be thrown away is nauseating. Again, their claims department requests grocery receipts and/or pictures of spoiled food and “we will process a check within one business day” per their warranty policy. I have provide the above and have had zero reimbursement.

Worst product and pathetic service of LG, i purchased LG side by side fridge. PCB card has burn out due to power problem at home. I am only getting excuses from LG service center that part is not available, i would recommend everyone that you must not buy any LG product, they are nothing more than s**t.

the worse electronic company in USA, I bought a Smart Tv un jun 4 2024, the Tv arrived a week later ! but When I opened the tv cointain many pixels dead nad red lines in the screen, I called them and I reported this issue, the support closed the call 15 times, the chat same thing! one of the refuse to open a replacemente so I decided to return it! they created a ticket to return it ! Im still waiting for the pick up and my surprise they close the return ticket ! with no reason,, the TV still in my living room in the box waiting for the stupid pick up! avoid to buy LG products .. the worser customer services into the USA
