Table nice only thing was we had it deliverd to early and were told we only had 30 days to report any issues and now it’s up one corner has lifted which looks like a manufacturing fault and one leg slightly damaged

The delivery of the table I purchased caused several inconveniences. Upon the arrival of the two young delivery workers, they refused to bring the table inside my home despite my willingness to pay an additional fee. As a result, I had to promptly seek assistance from construction workers to bring the table inside. Furthermore, the table was not leveled properly, and the workers left dirt behind. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.

The record deck sounds like its under water. 2nd one I have purchased from you and both the same. At a total cost to me of £1.400 And the record players are useless. The rest of the machien is perfect. I have other record decks so I know what ime talking about.

The service is good. My item isn’t what I was expecting. The jukebox isn’t really a jukebox it’s a cd player. You can choose your song from a menu, or put multiple cds in a once. It’s for looks only

Placing the order and speed of delivery was very good, however I have an issue after receiving my order, I've emailed both enquiries and premium support with no response at all which is very disappointing.

Product very good,but sales team not,I was told 1 to 9 days delivery,I got it 30 days after buying the product and only just before Xmas,was told a few porky pies

Delivery was much slower than stated on the website. Stated 5-10 working days but took over 20, hence the 3 stars. No communication from Liberty to update so had to chase multiple times.

Very low quality. A lot of laminate pieces not glue properly, when you turn to air hockey you need to push the table up to fix the locks.

Order an air hockey table as an Xmas gift. Although it arrived late when opened the legs were damaged and scratched. NOT what your would expect from an expensive table compared to others available at less cost!!

No communication on delivery date given so the result of that was no one was in to receive the parcel from UPS which also wasn't left with a neighbour or in a safe place

Sending an item as small as a pool ball should be sent by poste. currier service is not good

Ordered a pool table and installation, table arrived and was installed by Rex Leisure. Firstly there was “confusion” about delivery dates, I was not particularly worried about when it arrived but needed notice to arrange time off work, I explained this to both Rex and Liberty. I got a call Monday afternoon saying I would receive the table the following day. I managed to arrange to work from home by shuffling my appointment diary. The table arrived and was installed, looked great, later when playing we could hear a faint metallic click when moving around the table, upon investigation only two of the bed retains clips had been closed, once the others had been clipped the cushions reacted better and the metallic clink disappeared. As part of the “deal” there is a bundle of accessories, dart board, darts, table cover, table brush, short cues etc. These have yet to arrive as they are out of stock, Liberty “outsource” these being delivered to Bray solutions and have given no indication of when they will be shipped. Summary Customer Service - not great (misinformation relating to shipping dates etc) Delivery - good - within agreed dates but a bit more notice would have been less stressful. Installation - poor - table not installed professionally. Table Quality - very good once clipped in properly. Accessories - Very poor as we don’t even have them. After sales - saying the accessories are “ Not in stock“ is not good enough, when will they be “in stock”?

Very disappointed with the delivery as they had left the table outside due to minor uneven flooring, so instead of even attempting to bring it in, they just decided to leave it outside, not to mention it was raining shortly after delivery, I had no one to call at 7:45am to help and we were an over 55 year old couple trying to shift a 100kg package. However, the table is great, just minor scratches on the side panels. The cue tip had glue all over so be careful as if you do not take notice, you may damage your table. After all these obstacles, I can now finally somewhat enjoy my table.

When i was purchasing the football table the chap making the sale was very helpful but once i had purchased the football table i had a nightmare with he delivery company who gave me a time slot in the middle of a working work, and if i didn't accept it, threatened that they may not deliver the game before xmas, i even mentioned i was off and at home the week before, so from 14th December to 24th December, but they were not all accommodating and made no effort to be helpful. I called up liberty games who would not help me at all with delivery and when i said would want a refund if i didn't receive the table before xmas it didn't seem to bother them. The irony was if i cancelled my order and reordered on the 13th as i was off from the 14th they promised delivery before xmas. the irony didn't bother the lady i spoke to at liberty customer services, rubbish service after spending nearly £300. the product itself appears reasonable but finish isn't great but i don't expect much more at £300.
