“Hi … I don’t think you can do anything about my issue … but here goes … while I was creating/selecting the components for my book I was happy with the colours … however when the book was published and I received it the hair colour was darker than in the options when selected … (I tried it again and the hair colour was lighter … while selecting…like I liked ) … I totally understand… but I was hugely disappointed… and that’s ok because I was happish with the idea of the product as it is a beautiful memento for a very special occasion … however i didn’t feel comfortable recommend it to my friends and family … but if they ask I tell them the story because it is a good product …. and some have gone ahead and ordered. So… overall it is a beautiful good quality product… I loved the story line as it resonated with me and my child who is the new father … really beautiful and I looked at so many other products and this one was the best … really well done …”

“We ordered two Where's (insert name) books as birthday gifts for two young boys. The books were very high quality, filled with vibrant images of various places around the world. The kids were amazed to see their names and likenesses in each book, and loved the activity of finding themselves and other hidden items in the pictures.
