For a start the navy Gant jumper was £100 (double price) everywhere else. I initially thought it must be a fake. The product arrived promptly with good communication from the company! It was perfect. Packaged well and an authentic buy for half the price in navy too, the most popular colour. Thank you. A pleasure to deal with!!

Website very clear and easy to use and confirmation email arrived promptly. Tracking item was also simple to follow and the Joules gilet that I ordered was of a good quality and good price.

T shirt was delivered promptly and comunication was good. Having bought a similar joules t shirt the previous week I ordered the same size but it was on the small side compared to the original. Not worth returning. My husband just has to hold his tummy in!

Ordered a personalised nautical desk tidy for my brother's 40th. More beautiful than the photo. Only minor gripe, they could be a little quicker on getting back to you via customer services.

In early July I bought a briefcase from this company. The item dispatched was the wrong colour. I have spent the last 4 weeks trying to arrange for a return and refund. I have sent 7 emails and left at least 3 phone messages. No response to phone messages. I have had some email response but I still do not know how to send the parcel back. Very poor customer service.

Dear Mrs Taylor. To my understanding the colour was incorrect but the bag was also substituted by our supplier. Looking back I believe they confused your order with another, which I take full responsibility for. I note in your opening emails that you stated that you refused to leave a message. You had called at a time when our message would have notified customers that we are engaged in a stock take, that week. I see we then had to put a cognac case on order for you toward the end of July and advised it'd be a while. After your cancellation, my email to you asking for a time/date for a free collection was not received. Since getting dates you were free in August, I have actually put in multiple collection requests with the courier which are showing as 'nothing to collect'. I will forward this by email. We have rebooked again today and I have put your telephone number on the booking asking for a driver to contact you before arrival. Kindest regards

I would add, however, my sincere apologies as I can appreciate how annoying it is to wait for the courier to turn up and they haven't. You should be getting email updates with the times, etc. from them, though.

The initial order went through with no problem, and James even sorted next day delivery for me as the items I originally ordered were not going to be available until the following week but as these were for my husbands birthday i needed them that week and for this i am grateful, thank you, however the problem began when i requested a returns label, the communication is shocking! Phoncalls not being returned and emails only being aswered randomly! Ive sent items back first class signed for at address on postage label from original order as no one has gave another address to send them to, im not bothered about the cost all I want is a refund on the items ive returned please? Ive never had this much hassle ever trying to return products! UPDATE This has now been dealt with, i have received a full refund, thank you James, I do appreciate this is a small family business and they are busy but a quicker response to emails and phonecalls would be something to consider for the future?

The slippers were of good quality and although they were a very tight fit for the size (8) the returns arrangement was first class. The replacement slippers are a good fit (9) and I am very pleased with the purchase experience.
