“I wanted to return the item that I purchased. No details of return policy were in the delivered package. I found the return information on your website which instructed me to send an email and awaited instructions. That was on the 12th February and I have received nothing back. I finally gave up and posted the item back to your London address. I still have had no acknowledgement of you receiving the item or when I will get my refund. UPDATE Following my previous review I was contacted by the company. They apologised for the problem and processed by refund promptly which was much appreciated. They have been very helpful resolving the issue. My one remaining criticism is that I think there should be details on "return policy" in the information send with the purchased item. The very”

Hi Gavin, Your point about the need for returns information is well taken and it is something which is being 're-vamped' at the moment which is why you didn't have anything. At the moment we're trying to make it clear on the home page to go to the returns section on the site to organise a return. In a few days, we'll have a better process in action, all being well! We have tried to reach out about this. The order has been refunded in full after items were sent back. Initially, you wanted them exchanged for different sizes and we offered to cover your postage costs. But as you later opted to return both pairs for a refund, we can't now refund you more than the total you paid for the order. So, please do reply to my email so we can cover those costs for you. I have also left an answerphone message. Many thanks.

“I purchased a Victorinox Mt. Velan Men's Quilted Jacket from Lifestyle & Heritage. Firstly, I'd like to say the service I received from them was second to none. Superb! Communication is very good, and nothing is too much trouble. Secondly, the quality of the Victorinox jacket was lovely! Looks good, will keep me warm and will last for years! Hi Julie. Sorry to hear. Looks like you mean the notification by the courier? I checked our system and it seems to be in main hub in Birmingham awaiting some information. I will ensure this parcel is released and out for delivery by Mon or Tues.

“Item not delivered and no reply from customer services despite several messages on voicemail, email, online chat and Facebook. I bought a pair of trousers from Lifestyle and Heritage. I received an e-mail confirming delivery of the item but nothing arrived in the post. While this could have been a problem with delivery and could have been easily resolved, the communication with customer care has been AWEFUL! I called more than 10 times and left voice messages as no own answers the phone. I emailed the company and even chatted to someone on their online chat but yet now answer Addendum: I have now received the order via courier with a complimentary gift and a discount. A very nice gesture by James who has worked hard to correct the issue. It appears the product was lost on the first occasion and the company was short staffed resulting in delayed communication st the beginning. Very pleased with the product.”

Hi - we appreciate the feedback on this and completely understand the frustration. It's not acceptable if your calls were not answered. We will be having better availability by 'phone next week. For info, we will be re-sending the package by courier on account of it not having arrived.

We wish to post a reply just to mention that we were able to send out this product by courier this time and it has arrived safely. We are looking to send the majority of our items by courier for the foreseeable future since non-delivery by post seems to have been an issue for some customers.
