“very poor customer service Ordered a crew fleece in the sale around christmas which was showing in stock. Waited over a week but nothing arrived. contacted the company who said that size was never in stock. Was offered a different size (not really an option) or waiting for item to come into stock. Chose the latter. Waited a further 10 days, heard nothing therefore emailed company. Offered 10% discount which I never received. Waited a further 13 days and still heard nothing therefore requested a full refund which to be fair I received......as well as an offer of a gift by way of apologies for the hassle caused......funnily enough the gift never arrived. Not satisfactory customer care! Will not use in future”

“Original order for 1 pair Gant 103105 Jeans, was despatched by Royal mail, but never arrived. A replacement was soon despatched when in stock, this time despatched by courier. The replacement were Gant 103005 not the original Gant 103105 which were ordered. However only slight difference in colour. Very satisfied with the order and the way in which Lifestyle & Heritage managed the Order.”

“Had an issue with the order not being delivered but this was resolved in a courtesy and timely manner by L&H. Now in receipt of goods. Great customer service and company has a wide array of products at a fantastic price. Would definetly recommend this company to others.”

“I purchased a shirt and shoes which arrived within just a few days. Once sent I recieved an email with an hour time slot which was really very helpful. The prices were good and I also received in my parcel a voucher for money off my next order, and also points had been automatically added to my account. An excellent experience and will recommend Lifestyle and Heritage Company to friends.”

“Enjoyable first experience with Lifestyle and Heritage Company. I found the best price on a G1 leather jacket. I wasn't expecting it to be of such excellent quality. It almost seems too good to be true. The jacket was sent within a couple of days and arrived by DPD. I was very impressed with the communication and friendly service given on the online chat support at the main LHCO site.”

“I ordered two Crew Clothing jackets in a combined promotion. Both arrived very quickly and I was emailed to let me know once they had been sent. Truly excellent value and service and the quality of the jackets is just superb. My daughter and neice will be very pleased with their presents this summer”

“Recommended by another website who didn't have what I was looking for. Lifestyle and Heritage Co have a beautiful range of sheepskin jackets. Heavy and warm, and very well made. Beautiful quality. I found women's sheepskin jackets hard to find on the high street. The ones I found were quite thin and flimsy. These are really fab quality. The company has a free returns policy so a thumbs up there too.”
