“The Sheepskin rug is absolutely lovely, really top quality at a very good price and received extremely quickly. My only complaint was that the rug had been stuffed into the poly post bag and some of the wonderfully soft fleece had been caught in the sticky tape used to seal the bag. Other than that everything was perfect.”

“I suppose like many people I was reluctant to place an order for a jacket costing hundreds of pounds on-line with a company I had never used before. I had no reason to worry, the flying jacket was BETTER then antispiated and if i am honest at least as good if not better than my friends £560 one (much to his annoyance) - arrived in 48 hours and the delivery company supplies a real time tracking number and anticipated delivery time - frankly amazing. Very happy to recommend Heritage & Co - thanks :-)”

“Not a great start so far unfortunately. I ordered a pair of trousers and the store sent the wrong colour. Mistakes happen so was willing to put this to one side. Tried to call the store at 5pm on Friday, which seems like a reasonable assumption the office was still open; recorded voicemail confirmed that the telephone system was down so we should leave a message and then contact by email. I left both a voicemail and an email but so far I've heard nothing, which is disappointing as the voicemail did stare that they would return to people over the weekend. Get the fact that this is a family business which implies superior level of service... can't say I've seen it so far. I go on holiday tomorrow, without the trousers I ordered but more aware that no one followed up on my issue. Let's hope my refund gets sorted with a little more efficiency.”

“Ordered an Antler Saturn Large Suitcase for our daughter and told it was not in stock but could be delivered in 3 days and as good as was promised it arrived 3 days later. Great quality and great value for money. This is our first order with Lifestyle & Heritage and we were extremely satisfied. Will definitely buy other items from them. Best regards Alan R.”

“Fantastic experience ordering from Lifestyle & Heritage. James, the founder of the company , is brilliantly helpful and answers enquiries quickly. I ordered a suitcase which I am delighted with thanks to his help and great advice. The delivery service used was fast and efficient. Ordering online can sometimes feel like a leap into the unknown so it is refreshing to find that personal touch in the world of cyber- retail. “I posted a review and scored Lifestyle and Heritage poorly. Lifestyle & Heritage Co actions has caused me to review what I had posted and to correct it. Lifestyle & Heritage Co, disappointed by what had happened to me have pulled out all the stops to make sure I had my order the very next day, along with an apology. I cannot fault James, nor his excellent customer service to get this matter sorted. Would I order from Lifestyle & Heritage Co - YES, without hesitation.”

“After my comment below, I have since received a replacement pair of slippers and a refund, due to the delay in receiving the product. Thanks to James for being so helpful, I’m sure it was just bad luck that the first pair of slippers were faulty. My boyfriend can now have warm feet! :)”

“Although I didn't end up receiving my ordered jacket, I was in contact with James who tried to fulfil my order but was repeatedly let down by the supplier!! I decided to wait for my jacket however at the point of realising it would never materialise requested a refund. This was never disputed and despite a slight hiccup I did receive a full refund and a key ring which was I nice touch.”

“Further to my earlier possible premature rant, I have heard from James and he has tried very hard to resolve the issue which I appreciate. The refund has been organised. Gant is a tough brand to source and James is trying to offer good quality merchandise at affordable prices so good luck. I will be back once the spring collection is published. Regards Simon”

“Ordered a very expensive jacket which was worth every penny. The customer care was fantastic and I was kept well informed. This was very reassuring for me and I was delighted when the jacket arrived, faster than expected and well presented. It made me feel happy to have paid the extra to have bought this jacket to get the extra service offered by this store into the bargain.”
