“Orca Bay Leather Ladies Boots - Customer service is second to none - the boots I ordered were fantastic value and arrived at the time the courier said they would be delivered. Excellent quality and a very good fit. It is lovely to find a pair of boots that fit so snuggly around the calf. The inside lining is soft and they feel so comfortable. Would definitely recommend this company - 5 star service.”

“I ordered the Sheepskin Jacket from Lifestyle and Heritage Co. The quality of the product is top notch but that is not the reason i am sitting down to write a review. I had the misfortune of receiving the jacket from the delivery company a few minutes after my scheduled flight but James from LHCo, was constantly in contact with me and the delivery company to try and get it to me on time. Fast forward 8 months later when i finally went back and received my Jacket it was a little big for me, ( the company sent the right size but maybe i misjudged my correct size). I was not hopeful that i could get it changed but to my delight they were as helpful as ever and offerd to exchange it for me. It is the high level of commitment to their product and the warm friendly human response to their customers that makes them exceptional. I recommend this company and their products whole heartedly. “I ordered a Antler suitcase, the price was very competitive. Colour wasn't an issue for me, so when the colour I picked would be unavailable for a few days, I was offered an alternative which was dispatched the same day. Despite a usually excellent carrier messing up the delivery, James at Lifestyle & Heritage dispatched a replacement the same day and it arrived in perfect condition the following day, only three days from the original order to delivery. Lifestyle & Heritage work exceptionally hard to ensure customer satisfaction, if only all suppliers treated their customers like this. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lifestyle & Heritage to my family and friends. Superb service.”

“Lovely slippers, colour perfect only problem was they didnt fit, I ordered a size 9 thinking there would be plenty of room for socks etc as I am only an 8 but my toe was squashed right to the end so sadly had to return them.”

“I am very happy with these moccasin slippers. They are very sturdily made,however i wish there had been more colour choice in my size. Iwould recommend them to any one looking to this style of slipper. They arrived in very good packaging and very quickly too.”
