Paid for large order. All for Christmas. Never recieved it. Tracked to a completely different town. Company a month later still has not acknowledged that my order is gone and refused to refund me. Keep telling me to wait a few more days. I've opened 6 or more tickets with them. So now it's just theft. Not only did I have a delivery date it was tracked to a completely different town and signed by a completely different person. !! Horrible

This is the worst thing I have every bought. Complete scam. Terrible quality. Looks nothing like the image sold. I wouldn't even be comfortable donating it as it feels highly flammable.

DISHONEST SCAMMERS. This company advertises that your goods will be shipped within 2 days via Royal Mail - leading you to believe that the warehouse is based in the UK. You then receive an email to say that the order has been shipped, but that the shipping method has changed and it will take up to 60 days to arrive. When it did finally arrive (after Christmas - ordered on 11 December) it was terrible quality. Requested a return - I had to declare the item was too big, as it wasn't possible to submit the return selecting a different reason. Then I received an email saying that orders have to be returned to an address in China at my own expense and it would be better to keep the item and give it to someone else as it would cost up to half the price of the item to return it. I tried to check out this company before ordering, as I've had issues with companies from China before. However, I was reassured by the promise of postage via Royal Mail - which I now believe was never going to be the case. This company is dishonest, do not waste your money or time ordering from them. My son found this product on line and asked for it for Christmas so I didn't follow my better judgement, please learn from my mistake.

Do not buy from them. I ordered a gift on December 2nd, paid $10 extra for shipping. Delivery was promised in 3-5 buisness days. It is now almost January 4th and it has claimed to be in Queens NY (about 2 hours from where I live) since December 4th. quote that it has "left the vicinity". Not anywhere in the site states that they ship from China, I had to look them up. I have ordered things from China and Europe from other sites that have arrived in 2 days. Customer service is not any help. Any time you ask for your order all they say is that its coming. Won't give refunds, nothing. This website is a complete and total scam. Unprofessionalism at its finest.

The worst company! Avoid at all costs. Ordered a product for my son for Christmas. Advertised as FREE SHIPPING on 'everything' but charged me anywAy and said I could reclaim it after purchase. What a Load of rubbish! The products arrived and both were wrong. I've been trying to learn how to return them for the correct items since xmas eve. It's a shambles. I've done everything they've asked, filled in forms, uploaded photos etc but nothing! You literally can't speak to anyone. You have to take a ticket and wait for an email...which never comes. Wish I had know this was a company based in China! *€%#. !!

Very slow delivery, sizing inaccurate so I wanted to return for a larger size. Told based on chinese sizes but not advertised as such. Return procedure very expensive to encourage people to not bother. Highly recommend searching elsewhere to save wasting your money.

I didn't read any reviews before i bought from this site...its expensive but the quality of jackets and clothing is cheaply made with cotton strings hanging out. I had to pay the delivery charge again to receive my items. So charged twice. Dont buy from this website its really bad.

Ordered items for Christmas presents. Paid for express, on-time delivery. Items never came. Tracking didn't work. Company refused to refund, only postage. Avoid avoid avoid

Tried reaching out several times now and only receive the same generic (dear customer) response. I ordered a Christmas tapestry way before christmas for over £15 in total, it's now January 2nd and not only is it not here yet, they wont reply to my emails or to me demanding my refund. Extremely rude and unprofessional, very unreliable, do not even view their stock, it's a shambles!

I ordered a cycling jacket for my husband. The product that arrived too late for Christmas was of very poor quality unbranded and not fit for purpose. Add to this that the large men’s cycling jacket might possibly fit a young teenager. The sleeves coming half way up his forearms and the bottom of the jacket above his waistline. When I attempted a return 5his was made very difficult and the best I could have hoped for was a refund of about £6.00 of the around £35.00 I had spent. Avoid this company.

We ordered some Christmas tops in the sale which took nearly a month to arrive. They were described as long sleeve t shirts but were a shiny fabric and a very poor fit despite using their size guide. Also ordered a Christmas shirt - equally poor quality. Big baggy sleeves, nothing like the picture and made of a nylon type material. On asking to return this has to be made to China and at your expense. The cheapest method was over £20 and would have taken 5-7 weeks. We opted for a 35% refund which amounted to £18. So - we have spent £30 on rubbish clothing which will go in a clothing bin and hopefully can be used as cleaning rags. I would never use this company again

I knew that it was a donation when my son wanted to order this product. First, it was from China. I’ve never gotten anything on time from China and this is my LAST order placed to your country. What a hoax!

I received my ordered webcam but after 2 weeks of light use it stopped working. tried to em them but all ems returned. i wouldn't risk another purchase. Should be zero stars

The worse company I'll have ever dealt with buyer beware .ordered a expandable garden hose took 7 weeks to get ..used it once and it burst when the water flowed into it ..no point returning it would cost more in postage then what it was to buy in the frist place.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

It would be very tedious and boring to repeat the same problems that all these reviewers are having with this “company” but these are the facts. Buyer beware!
