I've had a very good genuine experience with LightInTheBox. Customer support is very well responsive. Value offers also adds up to the shopping experience. Timely delivery and assured quality are helpful with so many companies lacking in that department. Would love to see more and more varieties and discount offers. thanks

I'm buying Lenovo live pods LP1 yesterday but unfortunately they cancelled my order. Even they are didn’t Refunds my money. I Don't know what's the cancellation reason. Its really disappointing me.

I ordered to many items and when I found out my mistake I contacted lightinthebox and they altered my order for me. That was very good of them and I will definitely deal with them again (great company) Thanks

Wish I had read these reviews before i spent £147 plus £8.95 postage. I ordered a size 14 dress for my sons wedding. When it arrived I tried it on but was too small, possibly 10/12. I immediately contacted them for a return form and a full refund. They offered me 20 per cent to spend on their site. They must be joking. I am so annoyed and upset as I now have to buy another dress but definitely not from them. I have emailed customer services numerous times and said the dress was made to measure. Surely size 14 is a standard size although not this one. I didn’t realise I was buying from China. I keep emailing them , hoping they will get fed up with me and give me a refund. Shocking customer services. Do not buy anything from this site. I am gutted !!

I am shocked and confuse as the company send me an email the day after I place my order to ask for a picture of my bank card. Never ever I have been ask to do so. And it doesn’t make sense as the payment as been through. Here is what they say on the message: "A photo of the paid bank card with your name and last 4 digits showing (Please Note: the bank card is the one that was used for this order) Please rest assured that all information will be kept strictly confidential. When this is completed, your orders would be prioritized and shipped sooner. We have great sales and discounts on around Christmas but we never compromise our product quality and delivery time. [REMINDER] Please understand that we have a time frame of 48 HOURS to complete this process, if the documents are not provided within 48 HOURS, your order will be canceled automatically.” I feel scammed. Hopefully I will have a happy ending but right now it doesn’t look good at all. Plus their is no way to talk to someone. Very upsetting.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LIGHT IN THE BOX QUALITY IS TERRIBLY POOR YOU HAVE TO GET INTOUCH VIA A TICKET SYSTEM, WHICH WITH THE TIME DIFFERENCE IS VERY FRUSTRATING RETURNS IS A NIGHTMARE - YOU HAVE TO PAY AND RETURN TO CHINA PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCTS FROM ANOTHER SITE PLEASE DO NOT USE LIGHT IN THE BOX

My parcel was not shipped on the estimated date..After contacting the customer care and addressing the issue, it has been looked upon and the item is now been shipped..Although its late I would hopefully get my product..🤞🏻

LightInTheBox is a good site for online shopping. There are many new designs with reasonable price and many selections in women’s clothing and jewelries. I had ordered some items and placed orders and delivered them quickly. I heard about this site from friend and she recommended me this as a good place for online shopping.
