Reading all the bad reviews I know now why I have not received a dress I ordered over 2 weeks ago when it should have been a few days. I have tried to get in tough with them by e.mail with no success. Not even any shipment of my order news from them. Disgusting company and should be reported.

Took too long to get here, when it eventually did my Xmas jumper was 2sizes too big and to top it off, the WRONG one. Don't use lightinthebox people, it's a load of S--t 👎

A Christmas scam. On Dec 2nd I ordered Christmas tshirts for my family to wear on Christmas morning for fun. I placed the order around a blaze of Christmas advertising promises of "order now, in time for Christmas", etc, etc. Well, guess what? Its Christmas eve, and no sign of the order! :( SCAM! very disappointing.

they mark standard sized items as made to measure to avoid issuing refunds and returns. the quality is not as good as picture shown but you will not be able to refund them

Goods are taking a little longer to be delivered but that’s only due to the Covid, I have never had a problem with anything I have bought here and the quality is very good thanking LightInTheBox

The recently received polo shirt (4 in total) were to a high degree of satisfaction - The colours are quite deep and striking and the overall sense of product value was very pleasing. ***** Durable material and very good products.

I ordered two toys on 15/12/20 as christmas presents paid over £12 for fast delivery to ensure they were delivered before Christmas, I did email the company before they were shipped, who guaranteed delivery before christmas. I have now had a text from DHP stating they won't be delivered until 29/12/20 and I would first need to pay £19.24 for import duty before they can be delivered. I have requested a refund but this has been rejected by this appalling company. I would definitely never buy again from this company and would recommend others do not either.

Item was as describe and shipping was quick through royalmail tracking considering it was china to uk and the pandemic it only took 12 days from ordering to my door. Good value for price.
