The worst company iv ever bought anything from the sizes are wrong and when you try and return anything back it is not possible They will give you a dumb excuse every time so I repeat don’t buy anything from them

I accidentally ordered a protector for the iPhone, I told them I had ordered by mistake and I do not remember ordering it, etc., and they returned all my money to me, with no shipping fees. Really thank you so much for the service! Elazar

I never received a confirmation of my order. No tracking number received. I signed into LightInTheBox and it said I didn’t have any orders. I did receive a t-shirt BUT not the one I ordered. It was a cheap wrong size put together with string and a piece of polyester. Why do I keep trusting these Chinese pop-up sites on Facebook. AND why does FACEBOOK allow it.

My order still not arrived over 1 month later! They told me that my item was out of stock when I ordered it,however nowhere did it state that on their website. They also said there had been a big festival in China at the time of my ordering,and this could delay delivery.They lie to customers about delivery times and dispatch dates! I am getting nowhere regarding getting a refund from them and have now passed it over to the financial ombudsman to get my money back.Do not bother with this company as they lie to customers and make it extremely hard to get a refund!!

Lightinthebox is not fake. The customer service responds accurately. The delivery time happened to me was too long (3,5 months) due to year end load and the pandemic affect. Though, ALL goods delivered in right order (200€ order, 8 pieces of cycling clothing). The sizing was accurate, no surprise at all. The quality is fair enough, matching the low budget. Sad to say that 2 defects happened to my goods: permanent stains on jersey and a fake chest pocket! However, i recommend the lightinthebox as low budget, fair quality supplier for cycling clothing. ilias georgopoulos, athens, greece

Worst returns policy I have ever come across! First time I have written a negative review for a company but once they have your money they don't care! I do not recommend this site.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have breast cancer and ordered a wig from them. I was supposed to be a light auburn/blonde wig. I received it and it was white. No way in a million years would I wear that. I was nothing like the pictures showed. I emailed them to let them know I wanted to return it. It was unused and still in the box. Because of the misleading information they agreed to take it back and pay for shipping - I thought wow, what a great company! I did exactly what they asked me to do, take photos of it and send them along with a copy of my shipping receipt. I did this 4 times and every single time, I would get an email back saying "again we apologize for any inconvenience caused, but understand please send the requested photo of the recipient to the following email address" to which I would again, send pictures and go through the process. They eventually closed the ticket without giving me a refund. I had to once again, open another ticket and start the whole process over. This has been going on since December, 3 months now. This was the last response from them on March 5th, Thanks for your message. Once again we apologize for any inconvenience caused, but understand that we are asking you to send us the photo of the receipt proving the costs of returning the product you returned to us. On the receipt in question we need to see the cost of returning the product, and the tracking code for the package you returned to us. We look forward to your reply with the requested photo. My reply: This has gone WAYYYY beyond inconvenient. I sent this receipt January 26th, Feb 22nd, March 1st and March 4th and once again can prove that with my emails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sent the attachment 7 times with this email and have not heard from them since even though I have emailed them almost everyday trying to get a status . Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. There is of course no other was to get ahold of them. I sent the wig back in January so they have the product. Now I am out $126 which may not seem like a lot but when I have medical bills coming in everyday - its a lot to me.

When you get what you want, the system works well. When I had to return an item Light in the Box have made it impossible for me to get my money back. No reply to emails and log in blocked. I would not recommend this site

Warning!! Do not buy products here!! The company is not serious. We bought a lamp that was broken when it arrived. We have now for 4 months tried to return it or get a new. Yesterday they promised us to get a new lamp, instead we receive two screws!!!

Terrible have been sent totally wrong item and can not get though to anyone to help me I’ve tried lots of different ways so going to have to claim back now from card company stay away from this site !!!!!
