Website pictures looked great, prices were good. The saying 'when something is too good to be true, it always is' is very right in this case. Although delivery was fairly quick (although once ordered there was a disclaimer saying that due to covid there would be a longer delay for delivery than quoted originally). The fit was awful, the fabric very cheap and nasty, you could almost see through the dress and there was no way I could possibly wear it. As they offered a '7 day no reason returns policy' I decided to return the dress knowing that I would have to pay the postage - as delivery cost was £3.49 then I expected a similar cost to return it. Who was I kidding !! To return it they said I would have to pay the shipping and this would be between $15 and $40 - more than I paid for the dress. After two attempts they finally offered me either 50% off of next purchase or 30% refund if I kept the dress. This way they guarantee that they will not have any returns - why pay £29 for a dress and have to pay up to $40 to return it besides having to wait 20-30 days for the refund after they receive the goods back. SOME WOULD SAY GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE, I WOULD SAY VERY SHARP PRACTICE. If you don't want to be stuck with unwearable clothes that you can't afford to return DON'T ORDER FROM LIGHTINTHEBOX. Very disgruntled, not the way we expect business to be done here in the UK.

Avoid at all costs s! If I could give 0 stars I would!! Shocking customer service! Ordered a dress that was £30+ and it looked nothing like the photo. The material is so thin and flimsy, yet the photo looks gorgeous-thick and good quality material . I asked about returns and palmed off with 3 choices. Keep with 30% refund, keep with 50% of value for another purchase (as if!!) Or return and cover shipping costs which could total nearly half of what the dress cost!! I'm absolutely fuming, I will NEVER wear this dress as it's a bag of cr*p, and I will struggle to sell it on for even £5!! So I'm out of pocket and stuck with an item I do not want! Will never order from here again.

I have ordered 2 dresses, one has finally arrived but it’s nothing like the photo on the website! The other has not yet arrived but I’m expecting the same experience. I have requested a full refund - as stated on their website - and they have offered 30% refund which is not acceptable. I will fight this but customers need to know that the company uses very good photographers who manage to make the clothes look really good but the reality is that they are very poor quality for the price charged.

Won't except returns and try to palm you off with a poultry offer to simply keep the goods. Will not be buying from these people again.

Awful service ! They say 5-7 days divery item arrived 10 days after ordering so arrived to late . Asked for a refund there are 3 options basically they want you to keep the item & give you a discount .... the item is of poor quality. Will never purchase anything again !!!

They would not let me return the shirts (which did not fit), unless I paid for the postage to China. They were the worst company that I e ever dealt with.

I ordered 2 dresses, the colors does not match the pictures shown. I haven’t opened the bags. I tried to contact by Email but they send back the mail -Undelivered- they do not exist!!! Simply I would like to EXCHANGE those items for other ones… looks “the company is just fake” MaraEugenia

Took 4 weeks to be delivered. Tried returning only to find the cost to China would be greater than the garment itself. No worth the hassle so keeping them. Offered a discount off future purchases but that won't be happening. WIsh I had read reviews before I purchased.

Ordered a dress. Photo looked great. Quality very poor indeed. Size much too big. Then you find returns have to be sent to China at your expense. Will never use again 😒

I'm always a bit sceptic about shopping clothes online as I had bad experience with many websites, but LightInTheBox is a 5 star website...clothes looks exactly as shown on pics, material and quality much better than I expected and delivery perfect...I got my order 2 days before expected date. All in all I'm one very satisfied customer who will definitely continue to shop from you 😊👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

5 days already passed and stil processing the order. Costumer service doesn’t reply to the messages either. They probably have 1 employee doing several jobs. Very disappointed with this company.
