I ordered a jumper for my daughter in law it arrives and felt so soft ans nice however there was a hole right in the middle at the front it seems during some stage the wool thread pulled and broken also some Loose wool on front. Upon trying to return and get my full refund it has been a constant battle with their customer services offering me a percentage off if I kept the garment etc. I am still battling with them I wanted a perfect jumper not imperfect, I purchased another as a gift for Xmas . I’ve requested a returns label and done everything right to their own written policies yet they refuse my rights to a full refund. I am now waiting Yet again for their response and hopefully my refund. Why do companies not stick to their own policies (terms & conditions) I would have liked to have written a glowing review because the jumper nice but ruined by customer services. I even sent photos as proof after delivery . I hope they do the right thing and refund me. Dee Reboe - Suffolk. UK

I ordered some artificial holly with lights which took a long time to arrive, but I did receive it before Christmas. It looks very nice but after about a week the lights have faded & not as bright as they were to begin with.

I am very happy with the quality of goods received and the sizing is accurate. I like the colours and designs of the items I have picked. I find delivery time to b very quick and the goods usually arrive earlier than expected. Overall very good.

Three weeks ago I ordered two pairs of ballroom shoes I’m surprised how quickly they arrived today.I am very delighted both shoes are nice and very comfortable.

Very poorly quality, dangerous in fact, Photos of products size enhanced X10 minimum, Broken items sent, Long delay in delivery, don't even bother with this company, you'll be extremely disappointed!!

All I can say is treat this turd outfit as though it's got the plague.. what an absolute joke of a company, very poorly quality, very late delivery, very dissatisfied.. cut my finger on cheap plastic tatt!!

Tracking says there still waiting for sender to send!! theiving *******s nice of them to email me and say if I change my 1 star review I will get a refund wont refund my money due to no items but all of a sudden will If I tell lies for them and change my 1 star to a 5 other "solutions" offered were a voucher which i must exceed the value of a whole 10 pounds!! I spent over 40 .....didnt get my item so wont get the refund keep the money because if I can stop just one person being robbed and scammed by you its worth it.Ive plastered my social media with your emails poor excuses and bribery although you call this solutions joke.If youve got money to throw away and give to criminals shop away people if like me your hardworking and dont want to see your kids heartbroken go shop at a reputable site.Its a disgrace that they get away with this. P.s Light in the box ive posted my 5 star review...so ill have that refund!! Ill keep everyone up to date when I receive it!!! All those other 5 star reviews get your refund did you shame on you for buying into that!!!!!!! Pah

I ordered 2 shirts for my kids and its arrived on time.excellent quality and uniq products.great items nice selection of products.I am happy about quick delivering.They pay attention to each customers.Also its a good company with more selections of products.I will be buying more.I recommend for everyone.
