They neglected my order for a month then said will return half of the money then didn’t

This is Customer Service Supervisor from Lightinthebox. I am afraid that you misunderstood the processing time of your order. Please be noted that your dress is a Made-To-Measure item. It means that we did not have this dress in stock. After you placed this order, we had to ask our supplier to tailor a NEW dress for you. We state on the product page that the tailoring time is 10-14 business days (14-21 calendar days). This was why your order could not be shipped out as soon as it was placed. We started to tailor your dress on Dec. 26th, the 2nd day you placed this order. While you sent a Cancellation request on Jan. 12th. Based on our policy, all Made-To-Measure dress orders that are cancelled after 24 hours of purchase, 50% of the dress price will be charged as a handling fee. You can check the cancellation policy statement in following link. https://www.lightinthebox.com/nh/Cancellation-Policy.html On Jan. 12th, we asked whether you agreed with the handling fee or not. But we did not receive your reply until now. So on Jan. 17th, we cancelled this order as you originally requested and refunded you half dress price plus shipping fee in total of BHD 69.96. We appreciate your kind understanding in the whole matter. I had conducted new Ticket ID =22659676 in our ticket center to provide you more details about how the refund was made. I am very disappointed with them i ordered a four piece bathroom set Curtains toilet seat and two non slip mats £32 and i did recive only curtains unfortunately i'm gutted ..........

The quality was good but the size on the goods are a bit small have to order bigger size then you are to get your correct size

Extremely difficult and rude company . Kindly don’t buy anything from them. Order it., return it... no refund at all. No answer..no reply..no refund. Totally disappointed.

I ordered a pant suit for my granddaughter’s wedding. The delivery date was two weeks after the wedding. When it came, the package was old and dirty. I ordered a size 10 to be on the safe side in case it ran a little small. The product didn’t have a size in it and I could not even get it zipped up when I tried it on and I wear a size 8. The material was cheep. The hook on the back of the pants was big and bulky. Very bad experience. This experience cost me time and 150 dollars. This company is a scam

Online scammers avoid like the plague. Ordered three items which were advertised with delivery of 3 to 5 days but weren't dispatched until 14 days after payment was taken and arrived over 30 days late. Items were nothing like those advertised. I made several complaint and only received a response when I posted a negative review online. Returns are at your cost and must be made within 7 days but no garuntee they will arrive. They have refused to refund cost free and instead offered me a voucher for 20%, value then 70% value then 120% value and now back to 60%. The customer service is excruciatingly bad and items seem miss advertised. If you order from here expect shoddy good to arrive late with no chance of a refund.

Please never use this dishonest company! Do not ever shop with this company. They have misleading photos on their website, and when my items arrived they were very obviously different from what was ordered, yet they refused to let me return them to get a refund. They only offer percentage refunds i.e 40%. They are a company dealing with poor quality goods from China, and they have a very poor reputation. It is hit and miss if you get what you ordered. I would happily show photos of the ridiculous jacket I received but I could not upload them.

AVOID. Led lights are supplied with cheap non certified Chinese made adaptors. See photo. This is their “UK ADAPTOR” Took 3 weeks to get a response to complain about quality. Still can’t get a full refund.

Do not order. It's an international, Chinese company so you will get an expensive customs bill weeks after your order arrives. Avoid.

I found them as a result of a Google search. My items arrived in good time and both have been put through their paces. I'm really happy with both and am about to reorder the gloves again which are great for my runs. Following my review my query was dealt with promptly and fairly. I have no complaints and intend to become a repeat buyer if all the products are as good quality as the two items I have already purchased.

Total scam on returns!! Weeks to get full answer on process, then YOU have to pay shipping to CHINA or they shaft you by offering minimal coupon toward next purchase after return = not full credit! Or about 25% coupon to just keep it-crazy!! NEVER do business with this company.

A poor experience all around, firstly the tracking wasn't accurate at all, it took a long time to reach me, we missed my husbands birthday, when I reached out to Customer service they were poor, uninterested and slow, the quality of the coat wasn't great either so be aware if you are buying expensive items. They reached out to me and apologized and stated if they gave me a full refund for there appalling service would I be satisfied and find that as a resolve and remove the review I had wrote, I agreed as felt that they had taken ownership and then as soon as I removed the review they stopped replying to me, what a shocking service, the reason there are not many poor reviews is probably because they promise to resolve and dont, there are much better and cheaper companies out there and the customer service is shocking, probably going to take this much further as they have made a monkey out of me - AVOID

I ordered a wetsuit. It was too small and it had a back zipper not a front zipper - the picture led me to believe it was a front zipper. I have tried for over 2 weeks to return it. It is in perfect condition with original packaging and labels, but they keep asking me for more/different photographs ( I have so far sent 3 different sets of photos) and clearly are not going to issue a return label. I will be forced to re-sell item as new. I will never use them again and urge anyone to think carefully given the returns service
