Anyone reading this...honestly this platform will never dissappoint you.there are alot of scam online shopping out there but this platform is legit.The service is very satisfying, the delivery is always on time and better yet you get amazing return on ever stuff you buy online.that's just amazing. This platform is really a next generation.

To be sincere, I have shopped using many other shopping online platforms, but LightInTheBox is one of the shopping online platform that I love. It's very easy to navigate and their support team are very active and always respond to emails almost as soon as it arrives. I will recommend it to anyone who loves shopping online platforms.

I have been shopping for a while now online, but anytime I order for something it delays before it gets delivered to me. This my first time shopping on lightinthebox and I really loved it because they delivered the items even more early than I expected. Love shopping online. In these pandemic times finding a reliable online shop is a game changer. I have grown to appreciate online now more i ever did before. Even after the pandemic, i think I'm going to stick to doing most of my shopping online. I am also going to be recommending my friends and family to do online shopping as it is very convenient

I really liked shopping at light in the box. It is very easy to navigate products. The customer service is really great and they do solve your problems plus the orders arrive neatly packaged without damage so I would recommend it to anyone shopping online

LightInTheBox is one amazing online shopping site. They have a wide range of varieties and choices of a single product. This is what I love the most. Just bought a blender and I had to choose from more than 100 brands. Their prices are relatively affordable. They accommodate both low and high income earners. Shipping is quite fast and secure. You receive your commodities on time and in good shape. This is mostly when you order fragile commodities. I bought a wall mirror and it arrived in one piece. Their customer service is also very friendly and accommodating. They give feedback on time. Recently I sent a query about a laptop battery and got my feedback in just 2 hours. I love this company and highly recommend it.

LightInTheBox is one amazing company. Their prices are affordable and have a wide variety of products. Ordering is quite easy since they have a variety of payment systems which makes if compatible to many countries. Shipping of commodities is relatively fast and secure. You receive your products is good shape. Customer service is accommodative and effective. Queries are answered fast. I highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to shop there.

It's a dogy company! Stay away from them‼️ Don't buy anything from them‼️‼️ They will blame you if you never receive the parcel! They will never dispatch the parcel, and as compensation, they will offer you 30% cash and some uses voucher for 50%. Which means they already still it from you 20%. They have totally useless hardly English speaking customer service.

The order was not shipped to you because you provided wrong shipping address. Your correct address was in Poland while you provided a shipping address in "UK" when you placed this order. As a result, the package was delivered at an address in UK. We even did not have any chance to get back this package. Tracking package: https://www3.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/GV458909008GB If the package was not delivered due to our fault, we'd like to issue a full refund or a reshipment for customers. But this order was not delivered due to your personal reason (wrong address). Based on our policy, usually we could not return you any order price. However, we truly valued you as our customer and tried to find a special solution for you: When you contacted us via Facebook, we offered you 30% order price refund plus 50% order price rewards as special compensation. You accepted this solution. So we thought we had reached to an agreement. Sorry to find we did not. But we still want to help you further and get this problem resolved to your satisfactory degree, even though we did not make any mistake. The phone cases are horrible. Dialing a number or texting is limited and hard to do through the case. My biggest issue is the sites states how sturdy the case it and it shattered after one drop. This case is horrible and will never order again.

Ordered 3 items - 2 wigs and a cushion cover. Both wigs weren't really as described and didn't look like the pics on the site. I kept one but the other was really off - style/colour etc. Told them I want to return, 4its not what l ordered and their trying to tell me different. Offered me a 20% refund and I can keep the product, I refused. They then came back with a 40% refund and I can keep the product again I refused. I will not be using it and don't want it, just need my money back. Ok now they came back with these ridiculous return policies - send cheapest way as they will not be paying for customs, state that its a gift etc. I am not lying so they can save money and I'm out of pocket. I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF THEM THEIR PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT CONSISTANT, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES SUCK AND THEY TRY TO ROBBBBBBBB YOU! I'M DONE WITH THEM buyer beware. When they get you order right its great but thats hardly ever, I'll find another company. Also the cushion cover could be better but I'm not going to complain about it because I've kept it. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
