The product was really great. The dog carrier was well made and comfortable for both of us. I was concerned that being sourced outside the UK would cause problems, but the website charged me in GBP and the goods were tracked until they arrived in the country and were then received a few days later. Better than I had expected.

Definitely do not use this company. I ordered a phone cover for my dad's new chinese Redmi Note 9 phone. It didn't fit. The company said it might be because Chinese and UK sizes are different! Its a Chinese phone! They said i would have to pay for return postage and it would probably take 20-30 days and only then would i be refunded and that maybe I should just keep it and give it to a friend and they would give me 10% off the value of the cover. The cover was 6.54 so basically I would get 65p back and i certainly wouldn't get the full £10.41 which was the cover plus postage!!!

I am very dissatisfied. I never received my order. Money was taken from my account on 3rd, it is now the 28th. They offered shipping refund for a $70.00 order. 1st and last order

I ordered some cycling jerseys and pants on the 11th of December..I waited a week and then contacted them since it had not been sent yet.They responded and told me it would be sent out no later then the 25th of December..Still has not been sent out yet..Very disappointed

I cannot stress this enough. Do not use this company! They are a Chinese based company that send you the incorrect items and takes 3 months to get a refund.

I’m new to this company didn’t realise good were coming from China …I ordered Christmas lights , said 5-7 days delivery …………… IM STILL WAITING !! So disappointed , at this stage not even 1 star is applicable, theses people should not be trading … I will be getting my money BACK!! Absolute waste of time ……… PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE !!

Quality poor. Refund policy not workable. Told costs to return mean nit worth it so try to order another size & see if you can give original order to friend. No refund though!!! Would never use this site again

Terrible service from this company, ordered a Christmas themed hoodie for my son on the 4th of December (free delivery). The company charged me for delivery and it I still have not got my goods it is now the 27th of December Xmas has passed! So much for 4 to 7 days delivery times. Been offered a voucher of 50% what good is that to me I want a full REFUND!!!!!!

Looks like I got caught in a scam with this company. Had no idea my order would be shipped from China. Paid lots extra for expidited shipping. Still waiting. It was a Christmas gift for my grandson. Do not recommend buying from them.

For your product, the most qualified supplier is located in China. So we sourced it from them and shipped it from our Chinese warehouse. We appreciate your understanding in advance. But please be noted that your order is not delayed. The promised shipping time is 4-7 business days (5-11 calendar days). So your package is still in normal transit when it was shipped out on Dec. 22nd. Next time, if you need the order sooner, we highly recommend you to place the order a little earlier. Ordered on the 10th Dec. Didn’t realise it was shipped from China! Still not despatched. And impossible to get hold Of. Avoid! Spend your money elsewhere.

Ordered a t shirt for my dad for Xmas which took a while to arrive (it was unclear before purchase that it was shipping from China). On arrival it was too large but when I contacted for an exchange I was informed I would have to pay postage to return it to China to get any sort of exchange or full refund so was instead offered 10% of price refund (grand total of 90p) or 20% of the value in a gift form (£1.40 which could only be used if I ordered something else). Horrendous customer service, they blame the customer if the size or anything else is wrong. Now attempting to claim chargeback through bank or PayPal From these clowns. For anyone else thinking of buying, don’t. Go and find an alternative place where you can easily return or refund. If you decide to order, they will tell you it is Chinese sizes ( rubbish as I have bought from Chinese manufacturers before and everything comes up small) but they are actually about 5 sizes larger than any size in the U.K. Their concept of medium is closer to XXXL in U.K. sizing and this is not stated anywhere clearly

I placed an order in October for a Christmas present. It never arrived and customer service said it would arrive at the end of January. That's 3 months delivery time for 1 package.
