“Really great way to buy cute Korean clothes from brands we can’t buy from internationally and I’ve gotten so many cute and high quality items because the brands are so great. This website is a distributor but how come the customer service is so unresponsive? I bought an item in the wrong color because the interface can sometimes be a little confusing. You only have a 7 day time window to contact them for a refund. I contacted them several times using the email they provided within that window asking for an exchange or refund but never received a response so now I’m stuck with a $50+ item that I will never wear.”

“I just got my first order and I have one word WOW!!!! Love, Love, Love these cloths!! I had my doubts before I ordered because most sites plus size cloths are too small and I'm usually disappointment, but not this time!! The shipping was also really fast1 only took about 9 days to get to me. Love it!! I'll be back to buy more. For Sure!”

“I submitted my request in October 2020 and in spite of paying express delivery expenses I have still not got the request, 27th November 2020. I totally would not prescribe anybody in Europe to utilize this administration. I've been on the telephone with PayPal attempting to get a discount.
