“Purchased a few items to which I was very happy with one of the items, however decided to return 2 items only to discover your company does not provide return Labels. The international postal charge ( cheapest) were to cost me £18.30 to return parcel, almost as expensive as 1 of the return i wanted to return!!! Due to this I won’t be purchasing from your company in the future. I would strongly advise shoppers to take extra precaution and purchase only what you need or want as returns can be very costly and you have no tracking system to guarantee your return is received or compensated.”

“I ordered 3 dresses but only liked one of them. The colour of the other 2 was not true to the image online. The dress I liked has good shape and th colour was true to the online image, and very good value for money.”

“I recently purchased 3 items from Light in the box. Two of the items were GREAT, one of the items was damaged. I wrote to Light in the box attaching a couple of images to explain the damage. I received a message saying they would gladly replace the item as they could clearly see the image on the long sleeved t-shirt wasn't right. Happy with their offer of a replacement. Awaiting New Delivery to arrive”
