Ordered something and paid for expedited delivery, which was supposed to happen through DHL in under 5 working days. 23 days later (!!?!) the package shows as "returned to shipper" and no communication from the website to tell me that. Avoid at all cost. If it is not a fraud, it is VERY close to fraud. AVOID!

AFTER I ordered it gave an ammended and extended shipping time. the tracking # is useless or fake. Why would it take the postal service almost a month to get a parcel from LA to the bay area....it still hasn't come. It seems to be a front for selling cheap chinese junk.

Very poor customer service. Poor quality product. And 4 month delivery time. Total disregard for the policies they have stated on website. Avoid at all costs.

I paid for a Body Camera online through the Light in the box web site via PayPal. After waiting almost a month my order was not sent, several emails were sent to the company to resolve the issue yet with there poor customer service skills nothing was resolved. My order was cancelled and a request for a refund was sent via Paypal. STAY CLEAR of this company...

I ordered dress for my grandson wedding. Finally arrive dress is not what I expected. Left text on there site with return ticket number they replied with no help no return info. Dress is $172 charge I’m afraid I will not get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM these frauds.

I ordered masks gloves 4/7/20.. shipped it said 4/15 Credit card charged but have received Nothing yet (4/28) . This is a scam but of course what should I expect ! Damn Chinese ! Should have done my homework !

Ordered a Wireless Inflatable Pump for cycling. Asked to pay additional £21 to receive the goods, which don't work. Have asked to return on their website, no response yet.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order on their website and after the fact I looked at the company’s reviews. I should of looked first. So then I decided to cancel my order. Once canceled they credit you back on the website account you created. Not to your original payment method. Then you have to withdraw it from the website. I received an email that I would see the credit with in two business days. 18 days later still no credit. I tried contacting the company but since my order was canceled I could not email them. Then I tried replying to the original emails from when I canceled my order and they were all sent back to me. This company should not be allowed to sell in the US. Very poor business practices. I went on to dispute this charge on my credit card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I ORDERED IN-STOCK ITEMS. SUPPOSED TO BE HERE OR AT LEAST IN THE BOX IN 4-7 days. I am now on day 14 and got some lame generic response to my ticket complaint. They surely don't send out "many emails" as they claim. I got one saying they took my money. Then the generic response to my complaint.

Oh, don’t get me started. It started with a beautiful website/ads, beautiful pictures of dresses, and I needed a dress for my brother’s wedding. Prices were low enough, and I said, better to have something in hand, and made an order. A few hours after the order, I have realized the shipping will never be in time for the event, so I asked to cancel my few hours old order. It wasn’t clear how it’s done - I have written “contact us” and asked to cancel, and only in 2nd attempt found a cancellation option, so I have stated there too I want to cancel. I was not sure where they are shipping from: it appeared to be a nice website and app, but once you need something from them, they do not exist. They are listed in China, in the UK and in the USA, and I was not sure where does their costumer service sits, but I assumed that they make the clothes in China. So from that perspective, my order and the quick cancellation that followed were in the Chinese New Year. I knew no one is actually working on these dates, and no one had actually received my invite. It was a loooong back-and-forth game. At the beginning, I didn’t know if my cancellation request was received: my order had disappeared from “my orders”, but the billing was well stated on the following payment of my credit card. I have called my VISA and told them I can’t find the company, they won’t reply. The internet does not mention anything about a real company, and the invitation does not exist anymore, so what about the payment. The VISA guy told me that if they had cancelled it, it should take me 2 weeks to see (I preferred it won’t be redacted from my account at the first place, because there is no dress coming in the mail). So at last the service reacted, and it was an agony, 2-3 weeks of writing back and forth (“CANCEL MY ORDER PLEASE!!” -“what? We didn’t hear you. Did you mean cancel? We are waiting for your final decision”. -“YES, CANCEL PLEASE!” -“what? We didn’t hear you, did you mean to cancel? We are waiting for your final decision”. So they were procrastinating for 2-3 weeks like that, and at the end said “I could get a voucher for future purchases”. I will NEVER turn to this website again. EVER. It has a nice front, but no one to vouch for your money or to give you service behind it. They just stole my money as far as I am concerned. Never seen anything from them, just an exceptionally bad, bad (it’s not even a service). It also teaches not to buy from “websites” that are not well known in service, delivery and quality of products, because when you need them, they are not there. Only after that have I discovered how many bad reviews they have - including from people that DID receive something from them. Apparently they have the worst service in the world. And they have stole my money.

The worst online website I’ve ever ordered from. I ordered one (1) item.. somehow the website created four (4) tickets and charged me three (3) times! I cancelled all items. They still shipped one (1) item !!! A day later!!!and told me it’s to late to cancel. I even have the email they sent showing I cancelled and I should be getting a refund. Never order again now I have to see how to get my money back.

Originally ordered 2 cycling jerseys in November 2019. After admitting in FEBRUARY that the items were "missing", they supposedly reordered. February 14, I received an update, saying the items had again left their warehouse and I would get a discount on my next order. Now, April 27, still nothing and no real way of contacting them, since they now have removed my order history. 5 months and counting. At this point, all I can do is wait and hope.

Hi All, regrettably I had not read the reviews before I ordered in March. The dress I ordered arrived and was just about ok quality wise, even though one of the seams was faulty, but was about 2 sizes too small. I ordered a Uk size 12 but it was no where near. I asked to return it but was told it was made to order! My order no. 200318093614563, ticket no. 20718459 & tracking number GV287757882GB. I sent photos as requested to silvia2_remote @ lightinthebox.com. So everything done as requested. Buyer beware if you want something as there is a hidden icon to advise made to order. I would not not advise anyone to purchase clothing from them, as I have learnt a lesson costing £110. I will be trying to get advice from web site specialists of my aquaintance to see if anything can be done about this Site. Good luck you you all. Gill

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE ITS ABSLOUTELY A NO NO!! I ordered a set of led lights, payed VAT, and express delivery for it to arrive in 3-5 business days, its been two weeks and the delivery driver finaly arrived at my house, and said that he couldnt give me my package until i payed a further charge of €20.69!! this was not stated anywhere while i was ordering, i believe that this company took tax and shipping money from me but did not pay it yoursleves. which would explain the wait for the delivery and the extra charge at the door,my package was also left without crucial items, such as a plug for it to work? no intructions came either, i will be looking for a refund, i will also be posting my experience all over social media, and will further be reporting this comany as fraud. DONT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!! save your money and order from somewhere legit.
