“DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!! THE MATERIAL IS GARBAGE!! I ORDERED A FEW PAIRS OF SHORTS AND THEY CAME DAMAGED, THEY TOLD ME THE SHORTS JUST HAD A FEW LOOSE STRINGS. THE SHORTS HAD HOLES ON THEM. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! WARNING!!!! DO NOT BUY! SCAMMERS!!!!!!!”

“After waiting 3 months for a suit I ordered for my daughters wedding, numerous contact s with their customer service, when it finally did arrive it was completely the wrong size. Their explanation was that it was made to Chinese pattern, but surely when they say uk size 12 that s what it should be not end up looking more like a uk size 8. As it cost £144, I asked to return it and get a refund, they refunded me £57 mainly because of the delay, but the return was made as difficult as possible, saying I had to pay for the return postage to China, which had to be by the post office only and I could not use any other courier, then it had to pass their checks and if they were satisfied they would refund £70 but this could take up to 30 days after they received the item. I checked and the postage was going to cost £63 therefore making it not viable to return. They did offer me 10% refund and keep the item or 20% credit to buy something else, as if I’d buy anything else from them. Their clothes look lovely in the photos but it’s just not worth spending a lot on these clothes. I know you get what you pay for but £144 is a lot to spend on something that just isn’t worth it. An expensive lesson learnt.”

“ordered 2xl, sent me chinese 2xl which is about med/large in west. offered me a 10% reward and keep it. next e-mail offered 30% and keep it. final e-mail said send it to china and wait 30 days plus for a resolution. parcel was sent to me from bedfordshire. another big rip-off chinese company. bargepole”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Rip off merchants. They wont let you return anything. 1st of all they make it incredibly difficult to navigate their website to even try to return any items. They make suggestions such as wanting you to give them to friends/family or resell them yourself. If you don't do that they they say the items have to be returned to China and not somewhere in England and finally they won't supply you with the address in China to return them to. They just ignore your emails so basically you get nowhere!!. Avoid at all costs!!!”

“This is an absolute nightmare spent £97 on items that when they finally arrived were not the size we wanted we did check the sizing chart but instead of 3 medium jackets we received 3 XXXL .tryed to get refund but was told in not so many words tough. So Avoid this company as all they want is your money and give you rubbish 😡😡😡”

“Stay away from this company. They are happy to take your money but not willing to give it back. I have been waiting weeks for my items and only get delivery updates when I’m have asked for a refund. The delivery updates say it could still be weeks away. If you can’t deliver your items. Don’t sell them!”

“I ordered an ABC magnetic letters set for kids which should include 104 letters (3 lowercase and 1 uppercase), white board, 4 pens and eraser. It came almost in time, but in broken box and with only one pen. The white board is flat, not as shown in description and damaged. I wanted it as a gift, but now I need to search for something else. I’m really disappointed and will never buy again from this company.”

“it is outragius 3 months and money wasted waiting on a parcel that will never be delivered they contacted me saying you must follow up with your local post and ask them about the shipment local post dont know where this shipment is first and last time goodbye to my hard earned money”
